Very nice and helpful staff. Clean, big and convenient hotel.

Secure parking and location — 15 minute walk from the archeological museum and train station. The best was Lucia and her extraordinary service. The rest of the staff was really friendly and service oriented.

Very dirty :( The hotel could be very good, but it seems like they abandoned the overall maintenance and hygiene. Terrible smell of cigarettes everywhere but particularly nasty in the room. Dirty spots and stains on the walls, tv screen, WC seat was yellow, white curtains were gray of dust. Not the cleaning staff fault but the management that has to see those details and keep up the maintenance of the place. Limited breakfast. Very expensive for what it is.

no tea & coffee making facilities in room. This was listed as a feature but not provided. However when I mentioned this we were provided tea and coffee when requested, but we did not realise this was chargeable. however They did deduct this from the bill when I pointed this out.

The staff at this hotel were superb- incredibly helpful. The reception area and lounge were really lovely and inviting.

The decor in the bedroom was a bit tired and the ac wasn’t great.

All the staff are extremely friendly, the hotel is clean, they changed bed linen and towels every day. The location is excellent, quick and easy access from the highway, and Pompeii is a 20-minute walk away.

Rooms and hotel are a bit dated, breakfast was ok but sparse.

Breakfast was nice and satisfying. We really enjoyed evening at the backyard garden with tables where you can relax. Kind staff let us borrow wine opener and provided info we need - transportation etc.

Very nice hotel for the money I paid. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable. They cleaned the room every day. The staff was very friendly.

Very friendly staff. Good size room. Hotel is a little tired but comfortable. Good position for Pompeii ruins and access to the A3. Pompeii town is very run down.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
