This is our 2nd time at this property and it does not disappoint. The house is as described and pictured. Plenty of space for multiple families. It’s in a great location especially when all lifts are running. We plan to stay again!

We loved the property and the location! It was a sufficient amount of space for all of us. The beds / rooms were just as depicted! We had all ages from 1 to 68! The kitchen worked well for us. Overall had a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved the house and location. The house had everything we could ask for, plenty of beds, blankets, towels, kitchen supplies and TVs everywhere. We went with our whole family and had ages infant to elderly and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved that the ski lift was right outside the house & we all enjoyed a day at the resort swimming. A great relaxing, quality family weekend. The host was constantly in communication and we didn’t have any issues. Will definitely stay here again.

It was nice to be able to stop in from the slopes. A hot tub would bring this property to another level. Super clean. So much room and parking. Great place!

The house was very comfortable and served us well. We were there with our children and grand children. The ski-in out worked great for the little ones.

We love this cozy, ski in/ski out unit! We really enjoyed the slope side fire pit to warm up in between ski runs. The overall house is cozy and welcoming. Great place for a family ski trip!

Great location at the top of lift 8! Comfortably slept 6 adults and 8 children, and there was room for more! We had a blast and loved the ski in ski out capability. Owner was responsive to both messages via VRBO and text during our stay. Entry code for key pad came right at check in time and worked without issue. The second floor bedroom is HUGE. A king bed, three twin beds and a closet big enough for a pack n play. Attached bath with double vanity. We didn’t use the bed out on the loft right outside the second floor bedroom because of the noise that would drift up from the first floor living spaces, but it would be great for a teen. We put the kids in Peak n Kids ski lessons and had great experiences with the older kids who are already established skiers. The younger kids (4 and 5) in the beginner groups was a bit of a bust. More like expensive babysitting, and not to the fault of the instructors— there were just too many kids who had never skied before with too few instructors. In hindsight, if you have a little one or a new skier, I would recommend paying a little extra for a private lesson. Like many of the rentals property at Peak n Peek, the house could use some updates, both cosmetically and from a technology standpoint. This isn’t necessarily a knock against this house, because all the others seem to be the same way. The internet was not “secure” which proved to be problematic with baby monitors and connecting the kids iPads to internet. Many of the tvs are not “smart” TVs and, while there were a lot of cable boxes, we missed having the flexibility of having Netflix etc on all TVs. We would stay again, which is why I gave 5 stars. Any improvements, cosmetically or technologically, would be a big bonus!

There was a big group of us that stayed so the space was amazing. We have stayed here a few times. The extended deck is very nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo comfortably accommodated all 17 of my kids, their spouses, and my grandkids. Being atop one of the ski slopes, and the end of a ski lift, was a huge plus. Perfect location for a large skiing family.

This is one of those special rentals that is even better than the great photos. The home was in the perfect location - close to everything and easy to get to. The house was very clean and in great shape. The rooms are spacious with plenty of bedding for our family of 10 with teen and adult children! - each room had it's own bathroom and access to the main lift and a side lift was beyond perfect. Randy was very responsive and helpful as we traveled before and after a terrible snowstorm and had to arrive and leave early. everything was perfect - this was an A+ experience (and we are a bit picky : )

We rented to house friends and family that were coming from all over the states for a wedding that was nearby. We didn't get the code to get in the house until 3:02pm on the day of check-in, which made me very nervous since my son also rented a condo in the same area and he received his code about a week prior to his check-in. There was confetti from a bachelorette party in many places of the house and crumbs behind the coffee pot, so I feel the $200 cleaning fee is higher than it should be. Randy was quick to answer my messages, but tended to have a negative attitude. I was told only people staying at the condo could be at the condo or we would have to leave and I would loose the money paid. The couple getting married were upset that they couldn't come over to visit his brother who came from Alaska who he hadn't seen in 3 years. It was a nice property, but felt the owner could be more accommodating.

Loved our stay here again....Everything was just as I remembered from last time we were here....We all had a great time and will be looking forward to the next time we rent it....

Randy, the owner, is very responsive. The property is as described in the listing and the kitchen is wonderfully stocked. We have booked this property for a few years and will definitely book again.

Everything was perfect we were there for my daughters wedding at Bear Ridge destination which was two minutes away host was great to deal with

We had a great family vacation in the home--5 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room to spread out, comfortable and fun. Perfect for our needs and gave us easy access to Niagara Falls, Presque Isle and a day at the pool. Loved it!

Beautiful development at top of a ski lift area with a nice neighborhood and well kept golf course. People at golf course were helpful in touring the course grounds. The house itself was very clean, well kept and comfortable. Our family of five stayed there but easily 3 families could comfortably stay here! We visited family in Erie. The home was a vacation itself, it had fooseball and other games, a nice backyard, comfortable to sit outside. Nearby town had a nice restaurant with huge portions “Dutch Village” and in Erie we visited a solid church Grace of Calvary. Nearby Findlay Lake was a nice fishing spot.The local farms were nice and people friendly. We visited local Amish farms in area. Great Stay!

Plenty of space and you can’t get a better location!

This is a beautiful house, Lift 8 is literally right in the backyard. Gorgeous views and all amenities are available. Recommend bringing more towels in for personal use. Great time skiing and a wonderful place to rest and recharge. Thank you.

We rented this property for our office holiday gathering. We decided a “get away” would be a nice treat for our staff. It was perfect! The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to prepare a dinner for 18 with ease. The great room worked well for our gift exchange and we loved that everyone could relax with plenty of space. Randy (owner) was very responsive leading up to our stay and especially during the check in process. He replied to my texts immediately. We would definitely rent this property again.

Thank you Randy for everything. The house was wonderful and communication was easy. We had a group of older ladies, and we had the best weekend. A few went into Clymer, and more went into Johnstown for the day. It was the perfect spot for us to put up our feet and relax for the weekend.

This house was amazing. We did a girls weekend with family that all came in from Pittsburgh, and really enjoyed our time there...Randy the host was just the nicest and responded very quickly if we needed anything, (unlike other hosts that I have had to deal with through other rentals I have rented in the past from VRBO).. House was very clean and organized and very well kept. The scenery breath taking...Bedrooms had so much room and all had bathrooms...we played games talked, laughed and made alot of memories there. Something we will treasure forever.... Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home, we definitely will be renting again...
