It’s a great condo, all the necessities were included. The parking spaces were a little tight for larger cars but that’s not anything the owners can fix. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The owners had all the beach equipment needed to have a fun time without bringing your own stuff. Overall it was great, my only negative opinion was about the mattress again that’s probably my personal preference and highly subjective.

Everything was perfect for our vacation. Perfectly clean upon arrival. So many items within that we could use....ziplock bags, beach toys, beach towels, toiletries, pack n play...the list go on! The furniture was all great quality and worked out great for our family to stay. There is only one parking space per unit which would be a challenge for families that bring 2 cars, so just be aware. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The property was just as it was listed and Matt and Shelby were great with answering questions as needed. This was our first time in the area so all was new for us. The pool was nice snd warm. Shrimpy’s is a must for food. We did not have a vehicle and with kids it was a little far to walk to the beach, but overall was a great experience.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Matt & Shelby's place. It was a great location - short walk or drive to nearby restaurants and the beach. In addition, the place was perfect for my infant son as they had a pack n play, high chair, wagon and plenty of toys. I would definitely recommend this property to other families visiting the area!

There is no complaints with this rental! All places we wanted to go were close by. I was with 3 girlfriends that wanted to get away for a short vacation and this fit our budget. Plenty of space, the beds the pillows were all comfortable and I’m pretty picky when it comes to the mattress. The host was easy to contact we had a little hiccup with house keeping in the beginning, but it was a quick email/phone call and a quick fix of the problem. Plenty of dishes and all items needed for your stay. Definitely will be back to this location. Thank you for the beautiful place!

Lovely apartment with good access to great beaches

Had a wonderful time staying here. The condo provided everything we would need including a lot of beach items we utilized. Beach access was close by with our favorite being Treasure island beach access just up the road. The only con was we really thought the washer and dryer was in the unit. It is a public one at the back of the building. We had to wash the beach towels on checkout, but the up side was the owners did provide quarters to wash the towels. Did not use the pool. Overall a great experience. Would rent again!

Nice, clean place. I’m not sure why others complained about the pool being small. It was totally fine. The condo was stocked well and had comfortable beds. Close to the beaches and located in a quiet area.

Wonderful stay, everything we needed was there.

Overall we had a great stay at this property - aside from the size of the pool, we really don't have any negative feedback. There are a few considerations for someone traveling as a family, but had little to no impact on our stay. Pros: *Extremely clean and decorated nicely with quality items *Proximity to several restaurants (Seahags, Shrimpy's, Sea Dog Brewing, Caddy's, Ka'Tiki) was a major benefit *Proximity to beach & Caddy's was excellent for two adults *They really had many things available: Insulated cups, k-cups/coffee, creamer, ice in freezer, a cooler with wheels, pack&play, high chair, small beach bag, beach tent, a foam cooler, beach chairs, a wagon, beach toys, etc. We brought a soft sided cooler for ease walking to/from the beach. *Location and proximity to take advantage of jet skiing, sunset cruise, etc. was close by. *Walk to Buoy's (about 1.3 miles away) manageable. *Change provided to wash beach towels + another load of laundry. Cons: *The queen bed in the main bedroom is a foam mattress which we find uncomfortable but in other room the bottom bunk is a regular mattress. *Location for us was a benefit, however, the proximity to a busy road is loud. We utilized the sound machines they had available & might suggest bringing ear plugs if bothered by noise. *The pool was considerably smaller than we thought it was going to be. It was really cozy & like we were on top of one another if others were there. Bring bug spray if using before dusk.

The property itself was nice, I just wish the communication regarding check-out would have been better.

This property was very well equipped for our family trip. We forgot a sound machine for our toddler and were pleasantly surprised they had one in each room! It was clean, with the right amount of space and distance from the beach. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was just like the pictures. We were so impressed with how clean it was and the location was great . It had everything we needed and the beach toys, chairs and towels were such a convenience. Laundry on site and some quarters left for us were also a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again

Beach is walking distance, restaurants close and location is perfect!

Fantastic place for the family. Excellent amenities for kids in the condo. The beach is a short walk away and the owners left everything we would have needed including beach toys for the kids. Will look to return again.

The condo provides everything you need for a week’s vacation. Within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Sea Dog Brewing Company. Great food and service. Highly recommend this condo.

We needed to be in the St. Pete area for a wedding and decided to make a whole week out of it. We live in SW Colorado and a week at the ocean is a wonderful thing! The condo is located within walking distance of beautiful beaches (Caddy’s is great!) and fun restaurants. There were so many nice little touches put in place by Matt and Shelby…almost felt like a B&B! The grandkids were a little disappointed that you can’t use the pool after dark, but we had plenty of beach time. Would definitely go back!

The place is wonderful. Well kept and updated. It's a great location. The owners were very responsive. It's close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants and shopping. We are coming back for as many years as they will have us!

Great location Very clean & cute condo Nice owners Unfortunately traffic noise was an issue for us, didn't see notes regarding noise machines but plenty of notes regarding rules.

We enjoyed the sun and warmth but returned home to 6 degree weather in the Catskills. We liked everything except the busy and loud highway.

The location was close to the beach, dining options, and shopping.

This condo was in the perfect location for what we needed. Close to the beach, food, and other family also visiting the area. The beach toys and chairs in the closet were a wonderful added surprise! We did have an issue cooling down the master bedroom after long warm days on the beach but the rest of the condo was easily cooled. The condo was clean and we appreciated the plethora of fresh linens available. This place was the perfect size for our family of four. Matt was an excellent communicator and was accommodating to our needs when we requested an early check-in.

First, we loved the kitchen table! We wanted to bring it back home with us!! Second, we loved all the little touches/extras (baskets in bathrooms for our items, charging outlets by bed, charging outlet by living room couch). 2 years ago we stayed in same building but different unit and that one had a W/D included, definitely missed having that especially since we stayed 11 days here and I wasted lots of quarters at the laundry facility downstairs. Lots of beach supplies although we brought our own and didn’t have to use any, it was a great/nice thought! The condo was located near practically everything! Short drive, or 10-20 min walk (although my kids acted like they were dying walking LOL). Anyways, we had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!

You can not beat the location with the beach conveniently located within walking distance (15min) or a short drive (5min.) The apartment was spacious, clean, and has everything you need to be successful at the beach! I will most definitely book again!

It was so nice having everything in walking distance. Sunset Beach was literally a short walk away and the area felt safe. Great food around and great local shops. The door locks made us feel at ease whenever we left knowing the place couldn't be easily broken into. The place was very well kept and inviting. Another trip will be in the works!
