Nice staff and nice outdoor dining

The bathroom was very outdated and musty. The shower drain didn’t drain properly

Excellent location, great views from room, one of the best breakfast, luggage can be transported to and from train station in managers electric cart.

The hotel is in need of some maintenance , sheets were unclean but were all changed for new linen buy a very pleasant house keeper.

Convenient location near to the Mürren BLM, Allmendhubel funnicular and sports center. Great breakfast! Would stay here again.

The hotel stuff is great. Everyone there was friendly, very helpful and welcoming. Perfect location.

Check-in is pretty simple -- I was just asked my name, no passport needed and there it is, I got the key and went up. I have not had such check-in experience. Breakfast was very good especially the freshly baked bread varieties. View is breathtaking from our balcony. The whole village is just so postcard-perfect.

None, I will stay there again when I have the chance.

not much facilities in the autumn months, and it's close only to the cable cars that was unfortunately closed when we visited so we walked the long way :")

Beautiful property in the middle of Murren! We absolutely loved our stay here and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. My mother had limited mobility and they would drive her to and from the train station without hesitation. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well stocked to include a washer and dryer. Highly recommend!

The view was amazing!

First off the staff was AMAZING. The ladies at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and always available. They helped us plan our day when rain came in and messed up our previously thought of plans and their recommendations were spot on. We had an amazing time seeing things in Lauterbrunnen we hadn't known existed thanks to their suggestions. The rooms were spacious, clean, the beds comfortable and the views from the room were breathtaking. It's decorated in an older style which we thought reflected the little town of Murren perfectly. My mother has mobility issues so the elevator was a big help. To continue on about the staff being amazing we ate in the restaurant on our last night there and regretted we didn't do it sooner - the Malaysian food was a surprise to find in such a small Swiss town but it was delicious! The waitstaff in the restaurant were so friendly and accommodating, and they treated us like royalty. We really enjoyed our dining experience there. The hotel is one of the further ones from the train station (still less than a 10 minute walk) and for the first 2 days we thought we were on the edge of town until we walked a bit farther to the Schilthorn cable car and realized we were smack dab in the middle of it! The last days there we got to explore a whole new side of the town and were grateful for the hotel's location. We got passes to go into the indoor sports complex next door where we sat in the jacuzzi and swam, and got 10% off at excursions around the city just for staying here. I'd gladly stay here again!
