Very nice place at a very reasonable price. A little smaller than I thought but very clean and nicely decorated with all we needed to have a fabulous mini-vacation. Positives: large TV right at end of bed made it easy to relax and watch a Netflix movie or live TV. Great AC unit which cooled the unit well. The refrigerator was larger than a mini-fridge so could hold all our drinks and snacks. The shower head was large and put out a lot of water which was nice after a day at the beach. And #1 on our satisfaction list was the location! It was right across the street from the public beach park and beach access. You could easily walk across the street to the beach without worrying about finding a parking place. There was a Circle K right next door satisfaction list

Contacted the host on short notice and the host responded right away. I even made a special request to check in early and the host was very accommodating. Everything went great. Perfect location to the beach and local bars and restaurants. We will be back!

I moved to Tampa from Crescent Beach 26 years ago. Town a home on Flagler Beach but it was occupied by my college daughter and her friends. I was in town for several of my friends that I taught with at the school for the deaf. This place was perfect. Close to the location, a great opportunity to surf beaches where I worked as a lifeguard back in the day. The efficiency had everything I need and the price was great! My thorn...Not a fan of checking in at 4pm and checking out at 10am on day two. :-)

The property was not quite what I expected. I was lead to believe "my 1-bedroom unit was a 1 bedroom condo from the pictures, but it was a 1 bedroom. No place to put up your clothes. But we made do! It wasn't even a hotel room! At least with a hotel, I would have an ice machine!

It was close to my uncles place and it was easy to book.

The common area really belongs to the front units. You are right outside their door. It was rainy when we were there and being in a back unit (very small) there was no place outside to get out of rain.

I had a great time the location is perfect. I had to contact Michael because my check in info never came across and he got me squared away in a matter of seconds. I was concerned I was going to have a noisy night because it’s right on a fairly busy street but I really couldn’t hear anything and slept like a rock. I woke went for a little run in the neighborhood behind me which the river runs along. Came back made a cup of coffee which is supplied and walked right across the street for a day at the beach(there are bathrooms right at the beach for those of you with little ones). After staying at the beach all day I was starving. Good news is there are a couple of restaurants almost next door. After dinner (St George St is only about 10 minutes away) I took a Uber for a couple of drinks down there before heading back for another great night of sleep. This was a quick trip for me but I would not have changed a thing. This place definitely will make the list of places I’ll stay when I come back into town.
