Apartament jest na 1 piętrze. Prowadzą do niego schody i oddzielne wejście. Podwórko jest zamykane, brama wjazdowa na pilota, samochód można zostawić na terenie podwórka. Wchodzi się do apartamentu do dużej przestronnej części dziennej. Otwarta przestrzeń to salon, kuchnia i jadalnia. W salonie są 3 kanapy i ława oraz przepiękny widok na okolice z trzech stron. Salon jest widny i ma ogromne okna. Jest też balkon ze stołem, krzesłami i parasolką. Przy salonie jest też wejście na patio- dodatkowy przeszklony pokój z rozkładaną kanapą. W jadalni zabytkowy kredens z zastawą i ogromy stół na 8 osób. W kuchni duża lodówka, piekarnik, zmywarka, kuchenka gazowa na 5 palników, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. Dostępne są gąbki, płyn do mycia naczyń, kostki do zmywarki, mydło w płynie w łazienkach. W kuchni znajdują się niezbędne garnki, patelnie itd. W apartamencie jest też pralka i suszarka. Część sypialna oddzielona jest od części dziennej drzwiami. W części sypialnej znajdują się dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki. Jest oddzielna łazienka z wanną, sypialnia z balkonem i łóżkiem małżeńskim. Druga sypialnia jest połączona z łazienką z prysznicem i też z łóżkiem małżeńskim. Apartament ma meble przypominające antyki, są też duże przestronne szafy.

Po przyjeździe wystąpił problem z brakiem poszewek na kołdrę, bo przygotowana była tylko jedna poszewka. Właścicielka dała nam jeszcze jedną poszewkę. Finalnie na 4 osoby mieliśmy 2 poszewki na kołdrę. Kanapy w salonie były nakryte poszewkami i mają sporo poduszek. Zarówno poszewki jak i poduszki według naszej oceny wymagają odświeżenia. W apartamencie jest sporo kocy i prześcieradeł więc sobie dodatkowo przykryliśmy.

We enjoyed very much our stay at the villa, The host (Rossana) was very helpful with the quick info about the place and surroundings and some welcoming sweets that my son enjoyed very much. The house is very big and clean, the garden was beautiful, too bad the weather was not that great (rain for the whole period) but that did not ruined our experience.

House is surrounded of mountains and short distance from the sea and many beautiful places. Many old historical towns as Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and Pietrasanta in 15-30 min. drive on a car. Many high quality restaurants around the house. Owner Rossana is very helpful and friendly women.

A warm smiley welcome, stunning large place, occupied with all necessary equipments & facilities, beautiful gardens around the villa, private parking, great location. And above all - owner is very very nice!

I am an Italian who grew up in the area of Camaiore before leaving to move abroad. Over the years, I have returned to the area several times a year, staying mostly in different accomodations during my trips. All this to say: I have seen what the area has to ovver. Villa la Provenzale makes it at the very top of the list in terms of quality. Rossana is a fantastic hostess. She keeps the house spotless clean and is available for any questions, going as far as sharing some of the fantastic fruits and vegetables from her organic orchard and vegetable garden. We particularly liked the house having a sustainability approach (solar panels), making the switching on of air conditioning a guiltless pleasure. The house is well equiped with everything one may needand, in any case, Rossana is always available to help in any way. Cooking in the kitchen, with its splendid view, was a highlight every day. The pictures on this platform do not give credit to how well taken care and large the house is.

Miserable problems with hot water, probably because of the number of people.

Everything!!!!! It was an excelent location. The house is very beautiful! You have everything you need inside, everything is so clean and so nice organized, host ia very nice and very responsive. You have a place to park the car. Good value for the money.

No negative parts, noting to dislike. If you choose this location you need to have a car, but if you want to visit Tuscany, you will probably not do this by buss :)
