Blue Dolphin Villa was superb in every aspect! Clean, well-furnished, beautiful grounds and the WOW infinity pool overlooking Great Cruz Bay! Loved the old decor mixed in with the new design! The kitchen was well stocked with whatever would be needed to cook a gourmet meal including a variety of cookware and two stove tops! The ice machine was a surprise bonus and was greatly appreciated! Three bathrooms with showers were more than adequate for our group. The property is very easy to get to and although we had a jeep we frequently used Kedija Prentice taxi and she was very dependable. JP, the villa manager, and owners were quick to respond with whatever questions we had- in short they were great hosts! We will definitely stay here again!

The pool was great. The whole house was great. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The only issue was the water pressure was really slow. Might just be an island thing but could only take one shower at a time.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Blue Dolphin. The house was spacious with a fantastic view and location, in the hills above the Westin. The patio, pool and cabana area and outside dining made for relaxing afternoons/evenings after the beach. JP was also a great property manager, responsive and helpful to us as we navigated our first visit to St. John. We hope to come back!

The Blue Dolphin is just a beautiful home with spectacular views and great location. I have stayed in St John and Chocolate Hole before but this was the house that had everything down to every little detail. The pool deck was perfect after the beach and happy hour everyday with beautiful views of St Thomas and Great Cruz Bay. Property mgr was easy and helpful with great communication. Well done Blue Dolphin team you do it right from owners, prop mgr, cleaning people just a very well run home and it was very much appreciated! Run don’t walk to this gem on St John!

My wife and I have been travelling together to St. John since the early 1990s, she even longer than that. Each time we stay, we try a different property. We both agreed that the Blue Dolphin was either the best or second best property we have stayed at in all our years. You are only minutes from town, an amazing view (we even got to see a Space X launch from the back patio one evening), plenty of interior space, a navigable driveway (which isn't always the case on St. John), an great kitchen, beautifully decorated home, and a wonderful pool. We do not hesitate giving this villa five stars.

Great stay. Home was convenient to town. A car is needed to travel to the beaches or dining out. Home had good parking for two vehicles. Great pool and view from deck.

Check out the Iguana's in the trees, they were fun to watch. They come out to eat around 3:30 or 4:00! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!

The outdoor terrace and pool are delightful! We loved our time enjoying the view!!! The villa is updated with beautiful decor! There was plenty of room for a family of 4. The owners and property manager were phenomenal with giving us suggestions and helping our stay be the best it could be! If you’re looking for a relaxing time this is the villa for you!

The location was perfect. We used 3 of 4 bedrooms. There was 3 bathrooms. More than adequate. Outside patio gets used a lot. Pool is awesome. Very safe. Kitchen has everything you need. The host was always available. Checked in on us once. Would definitely stay again. You will need a car in my opinion. We rented on St Thomas w Amalie car Rental. 👍👍 There are tons of restaurants, hiking trails, and beaches. They have everything you need. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful week in St. John at the Blue Dolphin. The house is in close proximity to the Car Ferry, Grocery Stores, Town and quick drive to beautiful beaches. The property manager was quick to respond, extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking meals at home easy. Our favorite part of the house was waking up and having coffee on the patio and finishing the day in the pool. The views of the bay are breathtaking anytime of the day... be sure to check out the stunning sunset. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful home clean and spacious. Immediately relaxed stepping onto the patio and enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails with the sunsetting over St. Thomas. Property manager was very helpful and left us a nice deli basket to enjoy by the patio. Easy to get into Cruz Bay. We hope to be back soon!

The communication with anyone involved with the property was immediate and so helpful. The manager even checked on a broken purse I forgot to toss out, asking if he needed to mail it back! Amazing people and a spectacular house!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Blue Dolphin. The back patio with pool were stunning at sunset. The kitchen was also noteworthy. We would definitely stay here again.

The Blue Dolphin property was great! The view of Great Cruz Bay from the deck was spectacular and we enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool. The kitchen was large and well appointed. Loved the extra ice maker! We cooked several dinners and grilled outside. Nice living room and bar area, too! 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths were perfect for our family. The property manager was very attentive and gave great tips for local restaurants and beaches, etc.

This house was truly incredible. You would be hard-pressed to find a nicer house for the price on the island. The location is so convenient to restaurants, the ferry dock, grocery stores, shops, and many beaches. The house itself is gorgeous. The kitchen is super nice with top-end appliances and all the tools needed to make anything. We only had 2 issues- the internet/ tv stopped working after the first day (tv really never worked) and that was never resolved. Internet would have been nice- kids wanted tv at night to watch football or the world cup but overall it wasn't a huge deal since we didn't spend our days at the house. The hot water also was unreliable. The person handling the house while we were there (not the normal house managers) came to fix it and it worked for a few hours before going out again. Eventually, we got him to tell us how to fix it (where to flip the breaker) and we were able to have hot water for the rest of the trip. Despite these 2 hiccups, we would stay here again in a second and we have already recommended the house to friends. I will add- the A/C in this house is amazing! We have stayed places on the island where that wasn't true- if anything we kept turning it up (warmer) because it worked so well.

We absolutely LOVED the view from this house!!! It was amazing. The house has been newly remodeled. The kitchen is to die for. The table!!! Y’all the table was stunning. I need one at my house. They had beach chairs for everyone. That was a plus for sure . Will defiantly be visiting again. Thank You for sharing this BEAUTIFUL piece of paradise with the Parris family!

The view was enough but the house was amazing too. We were picked up from the ferry and taken to the property (I had no idea that was included) and someone met us when we arrived to walk through the property. We also had a nice care package waiting in the frig from the local deli. The only complaint was the bathroom sinks shoots out water when you turn it on but that is minor. Just be careful or you may get wet! The washing machine did not work but the PM did our laundry very timely so it was kind of nice having your laundry done. Overall would highly recommend it.

House was awesome and so close to downtown Cruz Bay. Loved the pool and outdoor spaces. New kitchen was perfect for cooking!

We had a group of 7 and had an amazing stay at your home. The house was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with beach chairs for everyone and an ice chest we could take to the beach also. It was a short drive to town and many beautiful beaches. There was a corn hole game that we enjoyed and the pool was put to great use everyday. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating for everyone also. One suggestion I would make is some outdoor umbrellas as it does get very hot during most of the day and there isn’t much shade. The pool and views were amazing and we spent all our evenings out there! Thank you for allowing us to use your place! We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

We just had a great stay a the Blue Dolphin. We were two families with young kids and the layout was perfect. Minimal stairs and enough privacy for two families. The house had everything we needed plus more. The outdoor space was amazing and used the majority of the time. Such a gem in a great area!
