Enjoyed our stay in beautiful wrightsville beach. Condo was clean and well taken care of. Great quiet location with access to resturants, shopping, and stunning views. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

We love this condo and have rented it several times over the past two years. It is tiptop, even better with recent upgrades: beautiful views, nicely furnished, well-appointed. Just walk out of the building and you are nearly on the beautiful beach! Thank you!!

Spectacular view & well thought out place to maximize time on the beach! We experienced a few bugs in the condo. Unfortunately, there was some opened & expired food left in the pantry. (Likely no fault of the owner) i pitched the food and cleaned the pantry just in case! The upstairs “macerating” toilet is a bit different & very loud. Which is the only item that was not as expected! There are actually so many pleasant surprises…like bikes!! Thank you.

Our family was in town for a friend’s wedding and decided to make a little vacation out of it. We chose this property for its location and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Wrightsville Dunes! Virginia, was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The pictures online look exactly like the inside of the condo. The condo was well stocked! We will be back!

The condo was nicely decorated, fairly well equipped, and a convenient location. However, there are some things that need attention - the king bathroom downstairs had a real drainage problem in the sink and tub. It was like that when we checked in and I am surprised previous guests and/or cleaners did not report it. Major issue (probably just needs Drano but we didn’t see any). Also I think you have some mildew in the downstairs king bathroom and the one upstairs. We could really smell it and there is mildew on the bedroom wall upstairs. This is a nice place but for the money I paid for a condo vs. a house, these things should have been taken care of!

It was a perfect week! We have been coming to the Dunes for many years . This was the best unit we have stayed in by far. The unit was very clean and the location perfect. Excellent communication with the owners.

We had a wonderful time staying in Wrightsville Beach!!! The property was beautiful and the view of sunrise and sunset was spectacular! We had everything we needed for our stay and the entire stay was perfect!! We can’t wait for our next stay!

Very easy to get to the beach. Outside showers cleaned sand off very easily. Pool was at a good location.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo itself was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The views were beautiful and we had perfect access to the beach. The property manager responded quickly to any questions/concerns we had and communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure the property was meeting our needs. I highly recommend this property!

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property and it is in the best shape it’s ever been. All of the communication was smooth and timely. We received access codes on time without asking. We absolutely love this place!

You can tell that the owners care about their renters. From having a well stocked kitchen, to endless board games, and a fully stocked garage with beach toys - every detail of our stay was fantastic!!! We will be back and will recommended this condo to all our family and friends.

We had a great stay! The garage of water toys was a wonderful perk - big shovels, plenty of buckets, even boogie boards. A pull out drawer below the bunk bed had lots of beach towels. Nice and clean kid gear available in the bunk room closet - pack n' play, high chair, extra baby mattress. Tons of blankets and pillows in closets. Beds were comfortable and clean. We did have to put sheets on the bed upon check in, so plan in a little time for that upon arrival. Nice wooden shutters did a good job darkening the rooms for kiddo bedtime. We had a great time and plan to be repeat visitors someday! Our spring break was a little early (late March), so be advised pool opens on April 7th. Boys still swam in the ocean though - cold but fun! Hosts very responsive. Beach full of beautiful sea shells. Water nice and shallow, great for kids to swim. So much to do in the area - USS North Carolina was so fun. Captain Charlie's Adventure out to shark tooth island was a blast. We found over 50 fossilized shark teeth, and saw alligators boating up alligator creek. The aquarium down by Kure was fantastic. My only suggestions for property improvement would be to put in some towel racks and additional towel hooks. It is a fantastic home and location!

Fantastic views of Wrightsville beach and Figure Eight from this 3rd floor end unit! We enjoyed our stay. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and clean. The dishes and cooking utensils could use updating.

My friend & I had a great 3 night stay. Wonderful location, perfect views, clean, remodeled & simple decor. A few unforeseen issues that were resolved very quickly by Matt. Definitely a place to go back too!

Came to Wilmington for Ironman 70.3 NC and wanted to stay at the beach. This spot was great - excellent size for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and very convenient to everything. Great ocean views. Wrightsville Beach is the best kind of beach town.

This was our first time in Wrightsville Beach. We had a wonderful stay here. The house was exactly as described. A real plus was the well stocked kitchen, location, and all of the beach equipment in the garage. The elevator was a plus during move-in/out. The beach was beautiful. We really enjoyed all of the wonderful restaurants and laid back feel. We will definitely return!

Great location with great access to the beach and to town. Parking was perfect.

This condo had everything we needed! It was located within walking distance to Shell Island resort (where we had other family staying), located at a quiet part of the beach (which we love), the garage and unit was stocked with anything you could need for the beach (popup cabana, beach chairs, kids toys, wagon to pull it all, 8+ beach towels, cooler, and even an extra frig in garage. We prepared a large family meal several times and the kitchen was well stocked. The elevator was a blessing! Most importantly, the owner Matt was very responsive to a maintenance issue we had, communicated in a timely fashion and responded asap to address it.

What a wonderful location and peaceful beach town. House was just as pictured! All the fun beach toys, bikes and tennis rackets were a huge plus for the kids. Didn’t have to lug extra stuff! Great choice for a quiet getaway.
