Amazing location, views and beach. AC inconsistent and not working in some bedrooms, uncomfortable mattress. Overall great trip!

Can't beat right on the Ocean Walk. High quality accommodations with lots of living space and high-end appliances. Our group of nine was comfortable, from ages 3 to 66. Wall to wall view of the SD sunsets. Location is central to everything in the Mission Beach area, and the management company is responsive to any maintenance issues that come up. Would definitely recommend.

If you want a taste of the true California Beach lifestyle this is the place for you. The house is perfectly located along the Mission Beach Boardwalk with an uninterrupted view of the ocean and a short walk from super cute shops and restaurants. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. We had such a great time and can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay at this beautiful location! 3 generations enjoyed the beauty, access, and lively characters along the mission beach walk! House was well-equipped even included beach toys and chairs! Definitely recommend this home!

Location is ideal. Unique double wide condo means double the space of the beach front deck with great people watching on the boardwalk, and surfer and dolphin watching bin the waves. Large well equipped kitchen and cushy couch area was plenty of room for our two families with our adult children. Private grilling area and fire pit side patio was a welcome bonus.

This is a very nice property, right on the Ocean Side Walk. Immediate access to great beach. Lots of restaurants in the area, many you can walk to. Well stocked and plenty of things available for the beach. Clean and well insulated from the activities on the walk and the beach. We played golf at Torrey Pines, about 30 minute drive.

This was a 1st for us to do something like this and the place, the location and the process were all AMAZING!! The communication and connections were so efficient and easy. And the home.....WOW!! My whole life I have wanted to stay at a place that close to the beach/water and it took turning 60 to make it happen! The home was beautiful. Our only wish was to have more time there! We will definitely come again! It helped us to create a lifetime memory! So grateful! Thank you!!

Beautiful condo (1/2) on what we decided was the most gorgeous spot on the Boardwalk. Owners have thought of everything a family or group might need. We really thought we were in a dream!! One bed was not the most comfortable, but we couldn't complain too much, since everything else far exceded our expectations! The Surfstyle Team responded quickly when we had a fireplace question. Zane, the on-site maintenance was very helpful. Thank you, thank you for a dream family gathering!

Such an amazing spot for our family to enjoy. The proximity to the beach is unparalleled and love that the place sat slightly higher, therefore we weren't directly on the strand. There were a few things that could have been better in the interior. For example, the upstairs shower did not drain well and one of the downstairs bedroom's ceiling was falling apart. In the kitchen the dishwasher needs to be on rollers and the coffee maker was broken. Those were small items that we could live with, as nothing was unbearable. The location and sunset's were phenomenal. Would definitely come back again!

We had a great time at Mission Beach. We loved the house!

We celebrated out 50th anniversary with plenty of room for 10 (four grandkids). We are cooks and the kitchen was spacious for many cooks. A bedroom with four bunk beds (each with its own tv) delighted the grandkids. One of us has mobility restrictions and could sit on the deck and watch us all have a blast on the beach. We even saw 2 full blown jumping and flipping dolphin shows. Bike rentals and ocean walk and bayside activity center a short walk away made for an active week. Close to many restaurants and coffee places and best of all TWO garage parking spaces in Mission beach-priceless.

We had 10 people in our group and all had an amazing stay! The patio was perfect for lounging + beach watching + rinsing off, 4 bedrooms was nice for us to have our own separate sleeping areas, the kitchen was HUGE, and the views a must see! Helpful and friendly management. Looking forward to next Summer...

Absolutely fabulous, my kids and grandkids had such a wonderful time. We loved having the patio and bbq all to ourselves. And thank you for helping us so quickly with our parking and trash questions, we had a lovely stay and already booked our spot for next year!

We had a wonderful 3 days in Mission Beach. The property is in a prime location right on the boardwalk and 2 blocks from the back bay. This allowed us to enjoy the ocean but also easily move our little ones to the calm water and wind protected area of the back bay . The condo was very modern and we appreciated the air conditioning given the unusual heat and humidity. Being able to barbecue at night while enjoying the sunsets and hearing the waves crashing was a thing of beauty. Our only disappointment was that the fire pit was not operational but this was being addressed.

The microwave was not working when we got there and it took 4 days to get it repaired. The A/C in all the bedrooms never worked the entire stay. The management company said they were unaware that it did not work. The bathrooms were not not cleaned prior to our arrival.; there was still soap in the shower from the previous guest. In addition, one of our parking spaces was occupied when we got there and it was a mess trying to find the person who parked there and get it cleared. This should have been done prior to our arrival.

Location can't be beat. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking essentials. Management Co was very quick to send repairmen out to address issues. Q bed in upstairs BR was pushed against the wall on one side making it difficult to have 2 people in the bed. Would recommend centering bed on wall and getting smaller night stands for convenience of use. Would definitely book again!

While shopping for food we realized we hadn't heard if the oven was operational. I texted and received a quick response that the oven was working. After buying oven ready meals we found out the oven wasn't working. When questioned a second time the rental company said a part was ordered and the oven won't be working during our stay. On the last night the house was broken into. A purse and wallet were stolen. We think they came in while we were sleeping through the slider door which doesn't always lock. Sticks were provided to keep the sliders closed. If you rent this house I recommend you use them!

This 4 bedroom condo on the Boardwalk in Mission Beach is first class in all respects. Plenty of room for entertaining, both inside and on front and side patios. The kitchen is the best stocked of any rental we have ever seen. We highly recommend this unit for large families. The rental company was super responsive to all of our special requests.
