The good care of the facilities, the details in the customer service, the condition of the rooms, the shops and the swimming pools. The good energy that can be felt in the lobby.

Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Fresh juices. Eggs, empanadas and cachapas on demand.

Chachapas was very good. Breakfast has very nice and tasty choices.

The room needs an updated, services needs to improved

The Eurobuilding Hotel is a Caracas old time classic. There is a lot of room for improvement but I am glad that at least stays exactly the same way it was 20 years ago. The lobby area is gorgeous, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice Pool area with great view of the Avila Mountain. Breakfast was included and it was really good with plenty of choices. The Japanese restaurant was good and for a fair price. The Italian restaurant has delicious food but a bit overpriced.

Prices in the outside/Pool bar are crazy high. Like, I know we were in a "5 start hotel", but drinks are way too expensive in comparison to a nice restaurant in the city.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff kindness and helpfulness exceeded my expectations. The mini-fridge wasn't working, but it was promptly replaced

Where do I start? The hotel location is terrible, not safe enough to walk to the shops in the neighbourhood, as the pedestrian access goes through a underpass. The hotel is also too close to La Carlota airport. There was a loud concert in the airport La Carlota (poorly attended, crowd noises were prerecorded, it seems that it was just to do money laundering) the night before our departure, we could not sleep due to the noise, the concert was on all night, until 3:00am. No warnings in the lobby about a marathon that left the hotel without vehicle access for many hours on Sunday, the day of our departure. We found out about the roads closure thanks to the driver that we hired for the transfer to the airport. There were too many mobile antennas around, too close to the hotel, for instance, the swimming pool, or the massive mobile repeater on top of the gym and terrace, which are on the top floor. The hair drier was either not working, or it was blowing cold air only. Due to all these factors, plus the high cost of the hotel, I would not stay in this hotel ever again :(

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful! Overall, well maintained infrastructure, the pool area is very nice! Really comfy beds and spacious rooms!!

The first night we had two small roaches (chiripas) walk around our room… The pool restaurant/room service items way overpriced. For some reason we couldn’t charge anything to our room account, making it very uncomfortable given Venezuela’s situation with cash. I’d have preferred to make one big card payment at the end, but I guess many people just leave the hotel unannounced…

Everything was excellent.

Restaurants and front desk did not have change for dollars. Impasible to leave a tip for bellhop or restaurant if you don't have small bills.
