We have stayed at this location two years in a row and plan to do it every year. Outstanding location, just steps to the beach. The property is very clean, well kept, and has ample space. The outdoor balcony with seats is the best part. We ate every meal on the balcony, with an ocean view!!! Excellent stay.

Great beach access, and also walking distance to Hollywood Beach cafe, the Channel Islands harbor shops and the Sunday Channel Islands farmers market. We stay at this beach at least once a year, sometimes more, and this location is really prime. Very clean, everything worked, great stock of beach toys and stuff in the garage.

Perfect location to shopping & restaurants. Steps to the beach. The home was was lovely & comfy. Great kitchen with supplies for cooking. Bikes and lots of beach supplies for sand castle building and sitting in the sun.

Excellent location. The property and house are better in person than in the photos. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great for relaxing and listening to the ocean. It is literally just seconds from the beach.
Most of the neighbors are full time but very friendly. We had two children with us who are well behaved but still kids. No one minded their playing.
We hope to stay here again!

Plenty of room and storage for our family of six in this beach rental. Amenities were excellent, including beach accessories and bicycles. Big plus, space for two vehicles. Outdoor shower very helpful, especially for children. Definitely would recommend and will return in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo is beautiful and we'll appointed. We had a carbon monoxide detector needing replacement first nite there and management company wanted us to go out at night and find batteries. Door to patio sticks and mgmt company wanted us to hang out for repairs. No trash receptacle and mgmt insisted it was there. Actually messaged me to debate about it. Made our stay stressful. We also had to take care of laundry that had been left in the machines up on our arrival

The property was clean and well stocked with towels, dishware, cooking supplies. We were able to use the cleaning products to wash dishes and clothes and keep the space tidy and clean. It was great to be able to go to the beach for sunrise and sunset anytime we felt like it without needing a car. Our family enjoyed our time here.

The property description was very accurate. The house was clean but did have a musty odor down stairs the first day we got there. I believe this was due to the front loader washer being closed. After a few times of running it the smell went away. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

We came to Oxnard to escape some construction going on at our place in L.A. and this was the perfect work-cation. The house's location between the beach and the marina is great for walks and bike rides - coffee, food and sea lions are all within easy reach. Also, the back bedroom with desk is a great place to get some work done. It might be nice to have an umbrella up on the roof deck for shade (it's a lovely spot but gets constant sun), but other than that, this place had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the outdoor shower after boogie boarding! We liked it so much we extended our stay, and would come back in a heartbeat.
