The property itself is very nice! It’s all been updated, the beds are very comfortable, there’s a lot of room to spread out, the backyard is also very enjoyable with a nice jacuzzi and large flatscreen tv. The property management company was helpful when they reached out- and responded very quickly when i had an issue with an email, so no complaints there! Now a few minor drawbacks. First, this may have been an oversight on my part, however, the photos that are posted of the property seem to be a bit misleading. I definitely wasn’t expecting a secluded location but I didn’t realize we would be feet from a busy highway. The way the property sits, the house is right on the highway, across the street is a moderately busy shopping center, and there’s a decent amount of traffic throughout the night. It seems like the house may have at one time been where a property manager would stay or work out of, because there’s two motel buildings that sit directly next to the house on the same property circle. The jacuzzi was nice however there is a ton of extra light and sound at all hours because of the motel lights, the passing cars, and the bright signs from the plaza across the street. The dryer was broken and didn’t put out any heat, which wasn’t a huge deal to us- just inconvenient. In all, we enjoyed staying here- however, We would not stay here again for the price and how much effort must have went in to positioning the photos just right to hide its location so well . Unfortunately, we have stayed in nicer properties with far better locations in Hot Springs for the amount we paid to stay here.
