this is a total fraud and a pure lie . the rooms on both web site are fake . in fact this is a very old hotel and the rooms have not been even repainted since years and years . the bathromms are a a shame . I ask to speak to a manager when we arrive, nobody of course . they said to my friends that the nice rooms were already booked witch is a lie : no other customers . I understand why !!! how dare, in 2022 , owner of an hotel can have the cheek to sell such rooms . this so unacceptable .small shabby rooms with a water-stained ceiling, chair covers that have faded over time, a kind of outdated air conditioning and a bathroom that won't pass the first check. does this claim to be 3 stars? but 3 stars negative. Never in my life have I slept in such a dump. it is simply unspeakable. the wifi only around the reception, a breakfast including 2 eggs, rice and a kind of fake ham, when in the restaurant, when you see a small menu, you hope for good quality .. not even. chicken with pork, everything is overcooked, the vegetables are raw. . as for the red door management group, all i am told is that they failed to send any photographers. lies, always lies or incompetence in this case. and beside that ,they call themselves a beach resort .. without beach !!!

the picture of the room is not the room we got. it was from another Red Doorz hotel I was told. the room was old, shower moldy, floors dirty, old rusted furniture in the room, I had to clean the window air conditioner vent. this place was disturbing. so so overpriced. will never ever stay at a Red Doorz place again. liars!

The bedrooms are not as advertised, the room was dirty, rubbish still left from previous,previous people, the toilet seat was disgusting, cobwebs on the ceiling & corners. I would not recommend this resort. I have more photos, I got in touch with the company and complained three weeks ,not interested
