Very kind, accommodating, empathic and attentive host. Calm residential surrounding, located approx. 2 km from the center of the beautiful and tidy city of Minden aside the Weser river.

Basic double room. Shared bath, but clean and perfectly adequate, a real find for the price .

The hostess was very nice. We were about 2,5 h late because of a multiple trains delay, however she was waiting for us late in the evening and she even made for us a delicious dinner. I have never seen such kind and warm welcome. I can only recommend Andreasse Haus to anyone.

located in a quiet residential area but close to the town centre with a supermarket nearby (walking distance aprox 9 minutes), the property is tidy and smart and there's space to park your car off street. The room was spacious and clean and the large bed was comfortable which coming from me is saying something as i am very fussy! Despite the very hot weather ( night time temp not dropping below 22c ) i did manage to sleep, the property was nice and quiet throughout the evening and night, only the occasion car disturbing the urban tranquility. Theres a large wardrobe and modern tv plus a table and chairs so you don't have to sit on the bed. The seperate shower and toilet were very pleasant and clean and worked perfectly. The hostess, a most friendly and cheerful young lady, cannot be praised enough. She goes the extra mile to ensure the guest's stay is as pleasant as possible, allowing me to check-in early as i arrived in the area earlier than expected. I was greeted with a welcome worthy of royalty and a nice cold beer too! She even laid on breakfast in the morning at no extra cost, there's a seperate kitchen/ diner for the use of guests. So if you have read this far you will gather i would highly recommend this property !

The hostess was very gracious and even set up a breakfast which I highly appreciated (was on a bike trip so a calorie load was just the thing I needed early in the morning). Was a very comfortable stay and the neighborhood was very serene.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The neighborhood was beautiful. This place gave me the peaceful stay I needed during my travel.
