Despite lack of Wi-Fi and cable for few days, we had another great stay at this home! Loved the pool and the super short walk to the beach.

Property is very nice and excellent space for large group and/or multiple families. We had our adult children with their boyfriend and girlfriends and there was plenty of room. It has a nice pool and also easy walking distance to the beach & Seaside.

This property was very segmented and did not have a good community area for everyone to be together. There was also a musty/damp smell and they requested a dehumidifier keep running in the downstairs. About 2 weeks after we checked out I received a notification from the property manager that there was a purple shampoo stain on the bathroom counter and that we would be charged an additional fee. After several more weeks they came back to us and wanted an additional $375 for what they called intention damage that was not reported. Please keep in mind this was a purple shampoo stain from a bottle that was set on the counter while packing. We had no idea this would stain nor do permanent damage. Therefor, even though we paid a damage waiver of $104.21 they said that did not apply in this case because the damage was not reported. I asked several times to see if bleach or Comet was tried and they never replied to that. Please be careful renting from this management company/owners. It is not worth the price nor the headache of being accused of causing permanent damage from shampoo.

The property was exceptionally clean! Perfect location and pet friendly. Great place !
