Clean, everything you needed was there, good information pack, instructions for all appliances, pool was lovely

Villa Karoline was very well equipped throughout with everything you would want in a holiday home and more, the kitchen was well equipped along with leather furniture in the living room, comfortable beds, alfresco dining area suitable for all weathers, comfortable sun beds and a swimming pool that was heated to 30 degrees, comunactions throughout the process was first class, probably one of the best holiday homes we have had to date.

One area we felt there was room for improvement on was the bed pillows and bed linen better quality bed pillows and bed linen would raise those standards, all though this did not impact on the quality of the beds they were first class, this issue would not stop us booking Villa Karoline again.

A nice quiet location in faro park on secure gated complex. New fitted kitchen had everything to cook with, plenty of glasses, bowls, pots & pans etc. I liked the fact that there was also salt and pepper and olive oil, several condiments. The bed was nice and tall and super comfortable. The sunbeds outside also came with extra pads with neck rests (best sunbeds ever!) Its was one of the nicest villas weve have stayed in in 25 years of visiting Lanzarote, and we are already to look at booking again this year. Hosts are very friendly, thanks so much for letting us stay.

Just a suggestion but a new hairdryer more powerful is needed. :-)

Very accommodating staff who were super organised and understanding.

The villa had almost everything you need and was easy to find, garden was well maintained, on-site parking, the kitchen was well equipped & dish washer tablets etc were supplied on arrival. Nice sized pool. We enjoyed our stay and had no real problems.

Not much to complain about really, the pool had a green tide line around it that could do with cleaning, no sun-bed towels were provided. The area around the pool was fairly small, this was not a problem for the 2 of us but I would imagine it could feel a little crowded for a party of 4. There are some local shops bars etc but I would recommend a car to get to the main town.
