Buenas instalaciones, muy buen servicio de atención a clientes, excelente ubicación, todo muy céntrico, me encantó, sin duda alguna volveré a reservar en mis próximos viajes

The room was more like 3 rooms in one. There was 5 beds. But it was just me on my own. The rooms were spacious and 2 of them had air con. 2 Tv's (although I couldn't figure them out). Nice bathroom and the shower worked great. Located 2 blocks from Santa Lucia and only a few blocks from Morelos in Barrio Antiguo.

There was workmen working outside my room at 9:30pm. I had ants in my room (that bit) and I saw 3-4 cockroaches, but no cockroach poison boxes.

Actually like an apartment, living area with a couch and TV (Netflix) and two separate beds, one downstairs and the other up in a loft. Two a/c-s with heating function.

The loft bed was a little old and some stains on the towels. Very little natural light downstairs.

the location is great

there is no parking in the location, so to unload its a problem because the rooms are in an alley that does not have enough space to park more than one car, so this is time consuming if a car is already unloading. then the free park provided is around 3 blocks away walking, the are parking spaces closer but dont use. So in future management should provide a closer parking lot.
