Beautiful cottage on the outskirts of Addingham, close to all the village amenities. Bolton Abbey just up the road, and Ilkley close by too.
The cottage was short of nothing. Can’t fault it really. Would love to return in the summer to see the region in it’s full glory.

My dog and I stayed for a few weeks in order to be close to family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Simon and Barbara were great hosts, we had everything we needed and we loved the surrounding countryside and amazing sunrises. There's also great pubs in the local village (try the Brazilian fish stew in The Swan!). Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful little annex property with everything you could need. Just as described. Simon & Barbara are great hosts. Communication was spot on and they were very welcoming even tho we turned up early. The welcome pack is amazing. Location is superb, we did a lovely walk all the way to Bolton Abbey which was lovely. Also tried and tested a couple of the local pubs. Can’t go wrong, would definitely recommend.

Loved discovering this part of Yorkshire and wished we'd had longer. Fabulous walks and places to eat on the doorstep. The scenery was stunning and views from the studio were amazing.

The studio is amazing with all the facilities you could need and a big plus point is a fantastic welcome pack that has everything you could need. Simon and Barbara were lovely hosts around if you needed them, or on the end of a telephone. We would not hesitate to book the studio again, very relaxing couple of days away.

A spacious and well equipped studio adjoining owners’ home on edge of village. Very comfortable with generous welcome pack! Short walk to Addingham high street with 4 pubs and a few shops. Friendly, helpful hosts. Top - notch.

What a lovely place. Perfect for a break away from the hustle and bustle. The communication before our visit was superb, it was easy to find and, when we arrived, the cottage looked exactly as it did in the on-line photos (so rare these days).
Owners, Barbara and Simon (and of course Annie the Golden Retriever) were on hand to meet us and we felt at home instantly. I could feel the weight lifting off my shoulders immediately.
Everything was just right. Barbara and Simon had thought of everything - it was like a home-from-home. The cottage is open plan, so it was light and spacious, and has a very useful dressing room next to the bathroom. And the bed...well, it has to be the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We're now on the hunt for the same mattress for our ourselves.
The cottage was perfectly located about a 10 minute walk from the main street of Addingham (just outside Ilkley). We found a couple of lovely pubs (10 mins walk) on the two the evenings, we were there, and discovered we were
just a 15 minute walk away from the Dales Way allowing us to reach Bolton Abbey, easily, on foot, in just under 2 hours (at not a really striding-out speed). Excellent for a base to visit the glorious Yorkshire Dales.
In summary, it was a cottage we will definitely come back to - and aim to stay longer.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the studio. Our hosts were lovely and we were particularly enamored with their golden retriever! Lovely location, beautiful garden and a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. We hope to be back soon.

We had a great time in Addingham: the studio flat is great and the garden is just wonderful, especially if you are travelling with your dog. The flat is only a short walk away from lovely country pubs and the River Wharfe. I can only recommend this lovely place and we loved the little touches like milk, bread and biscuits ready for us upon arrival. We had a wonderful time.

We had a lovely long weekend. The property was tastefully decorated and very comfortable and we felt most welcome. The gardens and views were delightful and the location was great. We enjoyed our visit to Bolton Abbey and the beautiful Yorkshire Dales with many tearooms for naughty but nice treats. Just wish we had the time to stay a little longer.

Relaxing countryside gem
The holiday was easy to organise from start to finish, and the hosts were very helpful and provided a lot of information. The reviews I read were true: a beautiful stone cottage with bags of character, fitted out to a high spec., spotlessly clean, a welcome pack of breakfast supplies provided, and a stunning garden to sit and relax in when not out exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. Great location with Addingham village an easy walk away. Would definitely recommend this absolute oasis of countryside bliss.

A wonderful spot
The property was super quaint, with a large beautiful garden, that we were welcomed to sit out in. Barbara was very attentive, she gave us a breakfast box, and was pretty much on hand for whatever we needed.
The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable.

Beautiful property in beautiful location
We had a lovely short stay here. The annex was perfect with all the facilities we would need.
The garden is huge, plenty of room for our dog to have a sniff around.
We went to a couple of the local dog friendly pubs which were both really nice.
We walked from the house into Ilkley which was a good walk, and then saw Bolton Abbey which was a lovely morning out.
My favourite part was looking out at the view from the sofa, so green and peaceful.

Stayed here for 3 nights from the 6-10 Absolutely loved it stunning place set in it’s own grounds.
The hosts Barbara and Simon were very friendly and helpful everything from the breakfast pack to the accommodation was spot on. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be returning

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the studio is lovely and especially the garden area. Our excitable golden retriever adored it. It was lovely to meet Simon and Barbara, they were great hosts and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Well worth a visit

Best little vacay at a really reasonable price. Hosts are friendly, even got us so little bits in incase we hadn't had time to go shopping, grounds beautiful and our doggies had the BEST time! Will be back for winter xx
