The hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to the water. A peaceful place.

The inside staircase to the 1st floor lacked a rail on the right hand side when going down, so I had to use the outdoor stairs to get down. The automatic lights in the bathroom started a rather noisy fan and it took too long for it to stop when closing the door.

I have stayed here several times. As always a great pleasure. The girl who was there during afternoon and evening is exceptional

Breakfast doesn´t start until 08.00, which is a bit late

Chose the hotel due to location, as a stop to Germany, so great location for us. Super friendly staff. stayed in a room with private bathroom/toilet. breakfast was pretty ok quality. Had dinner at the restaurant which was also great (very old fashioned, but tasty), also no other option in the area.

the room is somewhat small and it got very hot in the night (middle of may, not on a warm day, so don’t want to think about how it is in the summer.

We discover this place by hasard long ago and stop every years we are going to Sweden the owners are so welcome with all travel people the view is beautiful facing the sea their garden is charming and the restaurant top we recommande this place

Good overall hotel

breakfast was good, good quality. very quiet location, lovely to walk around the area. the garden in hotel is nice facing to the forjde.

the room is rather small. shower place is tiny.

the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. atmosphere is great

stairs to the upper level are steep and narrow. no elevator available which might be difficult for elderly guests. there are plenty rooms on the ground floor though.

This hotel was a gem. We were traveling for our wedding and stayed in the suite. There was plenty of space to sit in the sitting area or lounge in the bedroom. I had a makeup artist come in for hair and makeup the morning of the wedding and we had a lot of space for her to lay out all her tools and great light coming into the room. The view was also incredible. The main window of the bedroom overlooked the ocean and it was a full moon so we had a glowing view of the full moon across the water each night! The owners of the hotel were also incredibly lovely people - very warm and welcoming, helping us to celebrate our big day with a glass of champagne at the evening meal. We enjoyed daily breakfast and dinner on the property - it was all delicious and had a great vibe. Thank you so much for making our wedding feel so special. I would definitely come stay here again!

The rooms are full of a resort atmosphere, elegant design. The facilities in the room are perfect! Very beautiful restaurant! Excellent breakfast! Impressive and relaxing!

The hotel is great, well kept, with beautiful garden. Views to the water are superb. Rooms are tidy, and windows have mosquito nets installed, which allows to keep them open during the night. The staff in the restaurant very professional and really kind. Food was delicious, however offering little diversity: mainly red meat with sauces. Vegetarian and poultry choices would be desirable. The room was equipped with all traditional gadgets, which is nice and quite uncommon in after-covid time, when hotels use covid as excuse to remove ie. kettles from the room. So Hotel Fjordkroen had it all: a kettle, tea & coffee, cups, spoons, wine glasses, fully equipped mini-bar, snacks, slippers, bathrobe, etc.

Room size was on the smaller end, but very well equipped. The shore is overgrown with calamus, there is no access to water. There was a private event during our stay, loud music and screams well passed 22.00.

A wonderful location right at the seashore, cozy rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast - just perfect!
