There was feces in a clogged toilet when we checked in. The did not put our code for parking in correctly and we got ticket. The end of the couch fell off when my 2 year-old laid on it. She was stuck by screws from a previous repair. There were 2 two inch screws hanging from bathroom vanity where there were missing hangers. There was a smell emmanating from under kitchen sink that smelled like rotten eggs. There were opened drinks in the refrigerator from previous guests. We called, emailed and text several times and were told each time that it would be repaired. On the 4th day after no repairs, we found a handyman in the elevator. He claims to have come and fixed everything. Nothing was fixed. I was terxt at 2:30 in the morning 3 times asking if we would allow access for repairs. We previoulsy told them they could have access for such. We stayed 7 nights. the repairs were never done. Absolutley disgusting and unsafe property. You get no assitance and a bunch of lies when you need anything addressed. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We enjoyed staying at the Cozy Suite in the Show Boat. It was exceptionally clean and very neat. Bathrooms were large and had great closet organizers. We could not use the tv for entire week as the remote was not working. A shower knob was missing in one bathroom. Maintenance guy had not showed while we were there. So much to do in hotel so we kept busy. I would recommend bringing large frying pan as theirs we very small. We would definitely style there again if we go to Atlantic City!

From the moment we booked, our host was more than accommodating. The unit was clean, spacious, and in a convenient location. Upon checkin, host made sure everything was smooth. Will definitely be back

Location was great and property was as described. Check in was delayed and there was no where to leave bags, which was inconvenient. Also, one of the bedrooms reeked of smoke. I had a headache every morning. Reasons for the less than perfect rating.

Had a great time with my kids and the location was perfect
