Room wasnt as described

The price for a king bed suite and pull out bed. That should have been my 1st clue...

We arrived at almost 2 am after driving all night and we were out of there by 9 am... Less than 7 hours cost me for 2 nights! The rooms were nearly 100 degrees and the ac had them down to 82 degrees in approximately 7 hours in the middle of the night. Gunshots within a block. Faucet not attached to sink or countertop in bathroom and no water pressure. Constant police presence. Windows of some rooms boarded up. Drug deals were happening in the parking lot. We couldn't get a refund for the 2nd night, but we left and stayed elsewhere anyway. You couldn't pay me to stay there again. Booking.com should remove them from their choices... Then we were charged twice for the room!

The pictures were greatly exaggerated. There was dead and live cockroaches in the bathroom, cigarette burns in the sheets of the beds, half the electricity didn’t work in my room, there were people hanging around outside all night, thankful we were only staying for the night!

There was suppose to be a TV in the living room. One of the men that was working at the front desk made sure that when we came back the next day it was in there.

The property looked nothing like the pictures! It was not very clean, we killed a couple bugs, an the price we payed to stay there was not worth it.

Everything. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Shower water never got below 100 degrees. Gangbangers hung around the facility.

Absolutely disgusting place. Completely false advertising. Business photos didn't match the room. Which was extremely dirty, hot and reeked of pee. We didn't receive our confirmation until we checked in. Only one light switch worked and that wasn't even for a main light.As my father has medical issues I opted to take the pull out sofa which didn't even have sheets or pillows, the "mattress" was unclean and had crumbs, the blanket clearly wasn't changed and I ended up with bedbug bites. The door to the king was clearly kicked or busted in at some point. The main TV didn't work as the cable box had no stand and the wires literally hung everywhere, as for the secondary TV was of such low quality we couldn't see what we were watching. Also there was only one remote between the two tvs. None of the dresser drawer were accessible. The carpet was sticky and had food debris. The bathtub has a consistent leak. There was cracked floor tiles in the bathroom and only half a roll of toilet paper next to an empty roll. No tissues/kleenex, water or coffee cup, or coffee. The caulking on the sink is pulled up. The walls had and dirt along them. As well as dead bugs and stains across the floors. We didn't use the fridge due to discoloration and moisture/mold build up. The table top was broken and wobbled to the point when I set my cup down my fathers spilled on him. Every single chair had multiple stains. The door had a broken security lock. The concrete stairs are crumbling. We had zero internet access. No room service menu and no breakfast amenities as they kept the doors lock. Even though all were listed as featured amenities.

Things were rigged instead of fixed, weirdos hanging around outside the place, needs to update his pictures to actually match his rooms that are on his site, it's just a rundown place in my opinion
