This is a fantastic property and for groups of 10 and under it is perfect. From the private pool and open ground floor to the short walk to a private beach it's heaven. It's 45 minutes from the airport, but for the bold you will be rewarded with peace and quiet and an authentic upscale Puerto Rican stay. The home owners David and his wife Norma Jean were awesome as well. They communicated easily and were quick with a phone call to avoid any miscommunications. Their home manual is a godsend as well with recommendations for entertainment and food close by. If you're unsure about it, find something closer to San Juan, but if you want a true Puerto Rican gem, this is the spot. We will be returning soon!

Just got back from a fabulous week with my wife, three adult kids, and their partners in Puerto Rico! Stayed at David and Norma's Capri property just west of the greater San Juan area and right outside of Dorado. Amazing home! Large, clean, comfortable. Backs up to an abandoned golf course. Horses grazing there. Pool, pickle ball, short walk to beautiful private beach. Lots of clean beach towels and supplies. Multiple good restaurants, shops and grocery stores just a short drive away. We hung out, visited sites including rainforest, Old San Juan, and Casa Bacardi. Even had a private chef, Clarissa Llenza, come to the house one night to make a special meal. It was an amazing week!

Our group loved our stay at the property! The house was so clean and the property had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and we all used the pickleball court a ton. We had a great time, and David was so great to communicate with.

This property is amazing! The house was very comfortable for our group of 10. We loved splitting our time between the pool and beautiful patio and the crystal clear beach in the subdivision. It was our own perfect island retreat. Great for our family reunion! House is well stocked and immaculately maintained. Beds were really comfortable. David was terrific! He was really responsive. Overall an amazing experience. Will plan to come back and stay next time we go to Puerto Rico.

Do not look at any other property options, everything about this property, its location and its hosts were superb! Can’t say enough about how lovely David was to us and he was so easy to communicate with too. Our two families had a wonderful time!

We had a family of 10 adults (ages 19-73). This was a perfect place to stay! We loved the pickle ball court, swimming pool, and large table that we could all sit at. Owner was fantastic. Highly recommend this place~

After answering my many questions before our vacation began, our lovely hosts David and Norma Jean welcomed us upon arrival and made sure every comfort was available for our family of 10, including a baby and 3 kiddos under age 8. The open space house setup is modern and fresh, décor is lovely, and kitchen fully equipped with everything one could need. The lovely beach is a short walk and there were plenty of beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys available for us. We continually remarked about how David and NJ "thought of absolutely everything!" They even arranged to meet us at a convenient spot while out and about, to present us with the best flan in all of PR - a favorite dessert of our family! Our fabulous vacation revolved around pool, patio, and pickle ball, and although we had many fun day trip adventures, we really couldn't wait to get back to the house! Our family agrees that this is the best house we've ever rented for our annual vacation. We want to go back!

From booking to checkout David and Norma Jean make you feel like you’re visiting long time friends. The house is simply beautiful in every single detail, super clean, well equipped and comfy. Great internet connection, 3 minutes walk to the beach, beautiful patio… seriously, what’s not to love!

This property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. We had a great time enjoying the outside entertainment space, big group dinners at the large dining table, early morning walks on the beach, and close proximity to San Juan.

Our family of six (ranging from 8 to 78 years old) enjoyed our stay in November - the weather was lovely, and we played in the pool every day. The outdoor seating was perfect to relax, rain or shine. Overall a wonderful vacation in PR!

1. The house is beautiful. The layout is great for a group, everyone had their own bathroom for privacy and the kitchen and outside area was roomy enough for the whole group. 2. The esthetic of the house was modern and warm. The art displayed in the house was beautiful and the design of the furniture, cabinets, etc. was clean and modern. Every area was comfortable as well. 3. The house was outfitted with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, for the beach and the pool. We played pickleball everyday and they even had the equipment, racquets, balls. 4. Whenever we had a question, David was immediately responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and made recommendations for activities that were excellent. 5. Our favorite aspect to their house was being a 5 minute walk to a beautiful and private beach. We were also close to grocery stores, pharmacy, great restaurants. This rental house went above and beyond my expectations.

My family and I took our first trip and stayed at the Capri. We chose this place for the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and of course our own private pool. It was spacious, open, bright and CLEAN. Everything we needed was there. We ended up having to shelter for half of our stay due to Hurricane Fiona and David made us feel safe, continuously communicated with us, gave us everything we needed and checked on us to make sure we were okay. With everything going on outside we felt NOTHING inside! I was so nervous about the storm but with David’s assurance and concern we were fine. The house was well equipped, in a great location with access to several local beaches and restaurants. It has a great layout for a large family and the pool was a fantastic gathering place to start and end each day. Would definitely stay at this house again.

We had a great time, the house was very clean and well equipped. The pickle ball court was a hit with the group. The island lost power for part of our stay but the house’s generator kept us cool and kept everything running. The house was close to shopping and good food. Thanks again for being a great owner/host David.

Beautiful home with everything needed to relax and enjoy the pool, beach, and pickleball. We had 9 in our group and there was plenty of space for all. David & Norma Jean have thought of everything you might need and made our stay perfect! Hope to be back soon!

We elected to take my wife, 3 daughters, 2 son-in-laws, and 3 granddaughters to Puerto Rico to escape from winter and get a little sunshine and swimming. David’s house provided us with everything it is advertised to be. It had all the amenities. You could allow the sea breeze to blow through the house or use the air conditioning provided for each room. The pool was outstanding especially for the 22 month old and 6 year old. Their was a shallow end that the 22 month old elected to be her own. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and was sparsely populated. The house easily accommodated the ten of us and we were never cramped. It was the right decision for our vacation.

Our one week stay at David and Norma Jean's vacation home in a gated family community amongst the tranquility of Dorado was just outstanding. David met us in San Juan and we followed him to their rental property. Norma Jean was waiting for us and they took time to give us a personal tour of their home and the nearby beach. Our group of 10 were always busy swimming at their pool, at the private beach, playing pickle ball, hanging outside under a their private patio, or inside playing board games. The home was well appointed and there were many upgrades in this property that you normally do not see in rental vacation homes. The property was secure, spacious, spotless, and everything advertised. The outdoor pool bathroom was utilized by all and came in handy especially with two children in our group. The high speed internet worked perfectly for the week. The home allowed our group to spread out and enjoy themselves without ever feeling cramped. The culinary highlight of our stay was that we had our own personal chef Clarissa, on two separate evenings, prepare an authentic Puerto Rican meal and a Southern Italian feast for our large group. We were truly impressed by the quality of her menus, food preparation, service, and clean up. The flan and tiramisu desserts were the best that we ever experienced. In summary, David and Norma Jean were truly Super Hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel at home as they were responsive to any of our wants or needs. The Capri house was perfect for our family vacation of 10 and was especially kid friendly. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a 5 star vacation in Puerto Rico.

Absolutely loved staying in this house with my daughter. David thought of everything and was extremely accommodating and kind. Plenty of towels and chairs and games. Everything you could want for a short or long getaway. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Looking forward to our next trip to this home away from home. David is a pleasure to deal with and made himself available for any questions we had. LOVED LOVED LOVED

Capri is a dreamland. A little slice of heaven in Puerto Rico. Our group enjoyed all the amenities & really enjoyed having David as a host. Located in a very nice, gated neighborhood, Capri offers such an escape for those looking to spend a nice, relaxing vacation with family and/or friends. Breñas beach is a VERY short walk away and for us, it seemed very private, clean & quite magical. We did experience a bit of a power surge. But with a pool, pickle ball court & private beach- our group hardly noticed and David was quick to respond with all lasting issues that we had. In fact, he even came out the next day to make sure everything was up and running properly, as it happened pretty late at night. I could not have picked a better place to spend time with family and friends! I hope you enjoy this property as much as we did!!
