Perfect spot for me to stay while visiting family nearby. Clean, cozy apt in the heart of Dallas.

It seems like the property owners thought of everything. The space is small but very well utilized. It was difficult lining up lyft drivers for the alley access but otherwise this place is perfect!

This was a perfect spot for a week long visit to Dallas where I didn't plan to send much time in the location. Provided everything I needed, quiet and safe location, and comfortable lodging. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The whole process was very easy and the owner was a delight to work with. I had to extend my stay and they were very accommodating and made my experience very enjoyable. The room was cozy and perfect for what I needed. I will definitely stay there again.

Fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Keurig with coffee and sugar in the kitchen. Mini fridge, stove, and microwave.
