this was a perfect place for our visit to Winter Park. No issues, other than the adjoining property controls the thermostat. It got a little warm for us at times. The ceiling fan was helpful.

It was great staying at Snow's. The place was very clean. The home had coffee and creamer which was a nice surprise. I will definitely come back!

We liked the cosiness of the apt. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see, not walkable but by car. Nice area and enjoyed having coffee maker, microwave, and fridge available.

I have a pleasant stay at this house. The room is exactly same as advertising. The Host is very nice and promptly respones.

Nothing fancy, but a nice place to spend a night.

When the host was home, you could hear them through the walls. We couldn’t flush toilet paper down the toilet, there was a note to put them in the bin next to the toilet. Check in took an extra hour and a half and we didn’t get any communication until we messaged her and got a reply about 10 minutes before check in time. Tv could be easier to use. Didn’t have paper/plastic utensils or plates/bowls. No cups other than coffee mugs. Only 1 small bottle of water in fridge, also floor wasn’t swept well dirt was easily picked up under foot. Instructions could be typed out and stuck on a wall instead of a small hand written note.

A well purposed quiet sanctuary. Nice neighborhood for walking. Easy access to shops and restaurants.

Snow is a great host

Excellent room, confortable and very clean! The owner was very attentive. Excellent location!

The accommodations were okay, but the floors had not been swept or mopped in quite a while. The walls really are very thin. I got unlucky with disruptive guests in the other unit. Bring earplugs.

You won’t beat it for the price/area. I’m my flight got in after midnight and I didn’t get in till almost 1am, the friend I traveled with got there ahead of me and was able to get in easily with the instructions. Even getting in late, the area felt very safe. Is this the fanciest place I’ve ever stayed? No. But is this better than all hotels/motels for a similar price? Absolutely! Location was also great, about 20-30 minute drive to everything. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a cheap and safe place to stay in the area

The property was very clean, as well as spacious. Clean, comfortable bedding, clean bathroom, and use of mini fridge and microwave. The only two concerning items were that you can hear occupants on the other side of the walls quite clearly--dinner dishes clinking, conversations, etc...it just felt...intrusive, I guess and also made us aware that they would be able to hear OUR conversations. Nothing bad...just odd. The other item was that there was a handwritten note from the host advising us not to flush toilet paper, but to rather place it in a waste basket after use. Just a little strange for a home in a residential Florida neighborhood.

Although the accommodation was comfortable we had disturbances from the other guests on the property.They started partying around 11pm and stopped approx 5am This included loud noise coming through to our rooms, swimming until 3 am and smoking pot in the screened porch which came through our windows. I contacted the host several times, she was aware of this from my videos and from her outdoor cameras. The people were evicted the next day. Of course, we got no sleep the first night. We asked for a refund for the first night and the owner refused. VRBO contacted her also and she refused. I had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card as a last resort. I would never rent from them again. Terrible customer service

Overall a good experience. As a former VRBO host I have very high experience rations. There was a snafu with the new lock which the host took care of expeditiously. The pre-check in communication was not as timely as I had hoped, therefor a couple of 4’s instead of all 5’s.

I didn’t realize I would have a second space to check my phone and read my online paper with a cup of coffee while my husband slept. Great rate. Close to Winter park. Not in a fancy neighbor but well kept. We would go back.

Stayed here overnight to be closer to the Orlando Sandford airport for a 6am flight. It’s a private cute clean spacious room with a nice bathroom and separate room for drinking coffee/snacking/reading. That area is set up with 2 chairs, a coffee pot, and mini fridge. The bed is comfy in the main room and the tv has Netflix. There was a lot of attention to detail. Thank you Snow!

I enjoyed my stay

The stay was a perfect location. I had come to visit my mother, and this was 10 minutes away. The room was very comfortable, and clean. The host was very helpful. All in all. A very nice stay.

No communication what is the correct door to enter. No answer the phone when I called to get information to enter. Dirty shower walls, very disgusting and no control over the AC. The control is in the other unit.

We had a nice stay at this location. It was comfortable, quiet and safe. Check In was effortless as was check out. Plenty of towels and added supplies. It was budget friendly, location was perfect for us & easy communication with host. My only negative which I find is common with a lot of rentals is mold in the shower grout. A few coffee cups had stuck on food. The only suggestion would be better arrangement or use of the space. A bedside table would be nice.

Had such a great experience at this adorable little guest house. We did not get to meet Snow personally but her instructions were clear and we had no issues at all. Check in was super easy and convenient. The place was clean and had tons of amenities. The neighborhood was safe and centrally located- close to everything. Would absolutely stay again.
