This property is a gem! Everything has been recently remodeled…the Amenities were high end and clean...everything you could need for your stay. Location is great as well…easy access from Wilmington airport…the house is only steps from easy access to these beautiful beaches, Restaurants…and short drives to excursions in Carolina Beach….for the kids at Fort Fisher, the Aquarium as well as a local park with a Frisbee Golf Course. The communication with our host Mike was great as well…very clear in instructions/ all questions we had during our stay. A+ all around.

Beautiful home with gorgeous furnishings and artwork. There was plenty of space, large bedrooms, great outdoor living space, and relatively close to the ocean. We loved having the extra fridge in the garage and the beach chairs. Thank you

From the time of booking, the property owner Mike was kept us well informed. The house was just what we expected if not more. The linens on the beds room so soft and the beds were very comfortable. The house has so much room and it great for large groups. Kitchen was very well stocked and so roomy that we had no issues with several of us in there at one time. Porches galore!! We always had some where to relax. I don't think there was one complaint from our group. The location is spectacular. Nice view of the ocean from the 3rd floor covered porch. Street is quiet and allowed the kids to safely ride their bikes around. Short walk to the beach made it easy to come and go as needed. Pier is close by and a lot of great places to eat. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

This house was beautiful, and perfect for our family and friends long weekend. The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. The owner was very nice, personable and responsive. We would recommend to friend and family, and would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible week at the beach staying here. Everything was as advertised or even better. This was one of the nicest beach houses we have stayed at in quite a while. Very close walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, convenience store, and basketball/tennis courts. We will hopefully be back next year!

Loved This Place
Loved the house and Kure Beach! We also enjoyed the pier, oceanfront park, the Joe Eaves park, and the aquarium. And we took the ferry to Southport and went to the Carolina Beach amusement park too. Thanks for being a great host - with your good communication, it made our stay even better. The local restaurants were very good as well.

Beautiful home, thoughtful host, beautiful vacation
This home is beautifully decorated, well equipped, especially the kitchen, and perfect for a family. Our host checked in with us to be certain we had everything we needed and to assist us in any way we needed. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of properties and fully intend to return.

Fabulous house one block from the beach
This is a fantastic house for a family vacation. We had four adults and six children (age 1-15). It slept all ten of us very comfortably. There are actually two living rooms with TVs which made it so the older kids could go and watch something without their 3 and 5 year-old cousins.
It is close enough to the beach that my one year-old walked each way. It is also very close to the pier, which is particularly delightful early in the morning.
The kitchen is very well-stocked. It had everything we needed to cook whatever we wanted at home. There are games in the house and beach toys in the garage. My small children were particularly delighted with the boxes of children's books upstairs. That made bedtime easier.
This is a beautiful, comfortable, and very convenient house. We would definitely stay here again--it's great.

This property location was great, very close to the beach and pier. The house was spacious; rooms and bathrooms. There were two desk areas if you needed to work. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything! We loved the front porch, we had breakfast and dinner out there. We enjoyed this home very much. We would definitely recommend this home.

We had a group spanning three generations and everyone was quite pleased by the end of the trip. The adults were impressed with the updated interior and all amenities and conveniences. The pre-teens were occupied with the beach, pier, parks and restaurants all close by to explore. My wife and I were quite pleased that everything went so smoothly and all our guests expectations were exceeded. When we go back to Kure this property will be at the top of our list.

The house was wonderful-larger than appeared in photos, very short walk to the beach, beautifully decorated, and so many places to sit and relax with family. Highly recommend taking the Ferry to Southport. We enjoyed lunch, wine tasting, and shopping. The aquarium is a great place to take the kids. Mike was a pleasure to work with. We can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful house in perfect location
Location, location, location! We loved being able to walk to the beach, the pier, and restaurants. The only time we had to drive our car was when we went to the grocery store and when we day tripped by ferry to Southport. The house is even bigger than the pictures show- plenty of room to spread out. Mike was great at communicating with us and gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We’d definitely like to return!

Lovely beach home with spacious rooms! Loved the beach view from the front deck. Great back deck as well to enjoy. Quick access to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
This is our 3rd year renting from Mike. He responds quickly, and is very knowledgeable on the surrounding area.
