Plenty of room , very comfortable bed, great location to beach , grocery store, dining . Very clean too. Would stay again . Also good communication with the host .

Great location/ stores close/ pool close to our unit/ clean unit but should consider upgrading Kitchen and bathrooms to keep up with market . Appliance upgrades considered and Stove should be replaced burners and oven didn’t heat constantly however did work. Close to main access roads to beaches. On-site tennis, pickle,ball, 2 pools, bochi courts nice to have on site.

Perfect location, very peaceful setting, condo is really nice, with updates that aren’t pictured.

We enjoyed the 2 pools and hot tubs, and the shuffle board facility. Location was very close to stores and restaurants and was very accessible for visiting AMI.

The communication with the owner was great! The property was exactly what we expected. It was clean and had just about everything we needed. We have family in the area but needed our own space. The location was great as it was very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

very nice appartment well equiped for a short stay. we had some maintenence issues but all was taken care by the owner. the condo in near the pool tennis court and the club houes. walking distence to PUBLIX and walmart. lots of resturants near by.

Property was very clean. Great for a weekend girls trip. the pool was nice, well kept. Also in a good central area. Would recommend!

Had to change the dates a couple times due to circumstances with our trip. Owner was more than lenient and responded quickly to changes. Great overall experience!!

It was the most amazing stay. Very clean, looks amazing, very comfortable. They have everything you need in the kitchen. The owner and cleaning lady gave me their number to call them anytime if I needed anything. I would go back and stay in the future.

The condo was perfect for what we needed for our trip to IMG Academy which is only 4 minutes away. This condo is very conveniently located in Bradenton tucked away in a condo development, but near everything you could need/want and an easy drive to several beautiful beaches & quaint villages for shopping/exploring/vacation activities. I found my favorite little shop on the way to the beach for health drinks called Seabreeze Nutrition-it alone makes me want to book another trip to Bradenton! The condo community itself has 2 pools, hot tub, pickelball, tennis, half court basketball, ping pong, etc. that come with the accommodations. We unfortunately did not realize we were arriving at the same time as Hurricane Ian, so we chose to both evacuate & extend our stay and the condo owner and the property manager on site both were extremely sympathetic, helpful in making the arrangements & chose to accommodate us. They were pleasant to work with and always readily available to communicate no matter what time of day. The actual condo was clean & comfortable and was equipped with everything you need for a simple vacation. There were some minor quirks such as the master bath sliding door not sliding shut completely, a loose closet door, one lamp out of order, & so on- but nothing of significance that would hinder anyones stay in this condo. It has modern tv’s in each bedroom & a large tv & sound system in living room. A washer/ dryer right in the unit was very nice to have & there were even some beach toys/chairs in the closet. I would definitely recommend staying in this area & this condo. Thanks!

I searched MANY places to stay before deciding on this one. Excellent choice! Communication with the owner was quick and always friendly. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and we felt safe and at home. We didn’t use the properties amenities but we did walk around and it was all very nice! If you are looking for a place to stay in the Bradenton area, you will love this condo! It was just my husband and myself, but the extra bedroom and bathroom were fantastic and I loved the extra space of the condo. We had to shorten our stay and the owner was willing to work with us and that was so much appreciated! Great choice, great time! 🤗🤗

Property is located in prime location to visit Cortez/ Coquina Beach. Location has all necessary ammenities for families with kids. Short drive to beaches and shopping center. Definitely recommend!!

I enjoyed my stay close to shopping and stores close to the beach overall I had a good time

My wife, a friend and I needed to travel to Bradenton for a totally unexpected funeral. Given the circumstances, we simply didn’t need to deal with any problems and we certainly did NOT. The unit was exactly as shown on the web site. It is in a very quiet condo development with attractive grounds. Additionally, it is literally within a 1/2 block of grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores or anything you might need. The only problem reviewing this unit is five stars aren’t enough. I am the third generation of a family owned property management and maintenance company. I know a good operation. This is it.

On arrival the stairwell was disgusting. What looked like bits of cockroach all over the place - so this set the tone of my stay. I was nervous the entire time and somebody really needs to clean the stairwells. I think probably most of the apartments are rented through different companies, a community cleaning rota would do well. Apartment was a bit tired looking. Sofa was so uncomfortable and none of the blinds fit the windows properly. This gave me particular angst as our sons room was looking straight onto the corridor outside. So we had to prop something up so that nobody could see in. The fridge and cupboards were left with the so many used items in them and the fridge wasn’t very clean. I had to put all other peoples used items out of the way before I could clean and then load our shopping - I know the cleaner probably thought leaving bits in there was helpful but I found it not helpful at all. The pool area is really tired looking and the pool was always filthy. The sun beds are out of the arc. Some serious money needs spending on the complex to bring it up to todays standards. Location was perfect jist a shame the rest wasn’t. We wouldn’t stay again I don’t think

Great Stay! Easy Access to IMG Academy! Minor issues: Front Door Lock- when leaving and pushing the lock button had to do multiple times in order for it to lock! Had to move the door itself before it would catch! Main Bedroom: Mattress! Needs to be updated! Bathrooms: Both shower heads need to be updated, shower to tub pull very hard to pull up on, so little shower pressure. Living room and Bedrooms need ceiling fans! Not much air movement.

The condo was well stocked with anything a vacationer could use. The owner responded to questions quickly. The condo was in a good location and there was no issue with hearing kids or families in the surrounding units. The activity area (pool, ping pong, etc.) was amazing. Very nice place to stay.

Owner was a very fast responder, the property is very close to the Supermarket, and restaurants, and shopping centers. Beach was very close by. We’ll definitely be back if property is available. The home was equipped with everything we needed.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. it was comfy and well stocked. We were very happy with our stay. We did miss having a porch like the other Villa's in the complex BUT, the view of the fountain from the living room and all the wildlife on the property made up for it. My only suggestions would be to update the couches. We would stay here again!
