山中湖に面した施設で、施設を出たらすぐに富士山を見れるという点が最も良かったです。（天気に左右されますが）早朝の湖に出れば赤く染まった富士山も見れましたし、野鳥達が来ていて大変楽しい時間が持てました。素泊まりプランならお得かもしれません。近くにはセブンイレブンや案内所もあって便利な立地条件と思います。

隣のお客様の声が大きくて喧嘩されているのかなと心配になった点と明け方4時半くらいに水流音が何十分にも渡り聞こえて目指めました。そのおかげで早起き出来ましたが。 周辺にレストランが沢山あるわけでは無いので車でお越しじゃ無ければ、この施設のレストランを利用しておけば良かったなと思った点です。

Apenas a privada do banheiro do quarto, devido o frio, ele não tem modo de esquentar a privada. Essa foi a única coisa que deixou a desejar.

The lady at the reception is very warm and makes you feel really welcome. Eventhough she speaks very little english, she is very handy with her mobile translator so communicating with her was never really a problem. The facilities are clean and the private onsen is quite good although it was just my first time using one. The location was great. It is only a 5 minute walk to the bus station and just a 2 minute walk to the lake with a direct view of Mt. Fuji. It is at one of the point where you could see the Diamond Fuji! The area is very peaceful and quiet and I even saw two deers cross the road towards the lake near the hotel. Value for money is great and would definitely recommend. If ever I would go back to the area, I guess this would be my first option for an accommodation.

The heater installation location makes it quite hard for the heat to spread uniformly across the room, but I guess because of the room size (good for up to two only) it really cannot be helped.

Security - could've installed latch in the room for added security as access is by code and anyone who knows the code could access. Cleanliness - area behind TV was quite dusty.

The room we stayed in was big & clean, with clean sheets on good futons. Especially like the fresh tatami mats that covered the flooring. It has all the essentials like heater, dehumidifier, air con, electric kettle, cups & fridge. The water pressure of the shower was good, too. On location - great views of Mount Fuji just outside the lodging!

The really tight & small bathroom - though functional, it somehow made our stay uncomfortable as we felt dizzy using it as we could feel slight movements when inside it. We wanted to pay for the bigger bathing facility at the onsen, but it was fully booked. We were not aware, when making the booking, of the tiny portable bathroom fitted in our room - this should be highlighted in the booking information so that one can make informed decision.

dinner was totally different from what present on booking.com. 2 of us do not eat beef and there is no other options for us and the meal that provided by property wasn't in the reasonable standard. I travelled with 70+ y/o elder which i have dropped a message to property. The property doesn't have elevator and they send us to level 3.

Contacting the reception after 10 am and before 4 pm is only possible by phoning them. If you arrive outside this time slot you will have problems to store your luggage. Restaurant is closed! The rooms are quite simple. No value for money. Staff doesnt speak any English. Only translation engine will help.

The room is very comfortable and cozy. Although I didn’t get to sleep in the room with the Mountain View, the location of the property is still excellent cuz it is really close to the lake in a direction that you can see the Fuji mountain.

You can see Mt. Fuji from the window and great room size with pretty comfortable beds.

1. No elevator 2. Bathroom is very small 3. Showerhead is very very low, too hard to use if you are over 150cm tall.

We were disappointed in the service. The pictures on Booking are very deceiving and the bathroom is very small. Also the name “Resort” is deceiving. It NOT a resort at all.
