The house is great and spacious, it consists of four separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a living room/kitchen. Each bedroom has its own electric heater and there is a fireplace in the living room. The house has everything one needs for a nice and relaxing stay. The check-in was smooth and the lady who welcomed us - very friendly. The location of the house is also fantastic. We'd definitely stay here again when traveling to Kalofer.

The construction of the house is not finished, only the ground floor is available for guests, but it didn't prevent us from having a fantastic time at this place. Because the spacious hallway is a bit dark, you'd get a feeling it's not a very clean place, but that's not true - the house was spotless, just needs some new paint maybe. I wouldn't let the kids play outside without supervision, since there are still some leftovers from construction work placed in the backyard.

Great atmosphere! Clean, comfortable, nice price, big bedrooms with bathrooms in each. The owner is such a kind person! I Recommend!

Our host met us at the house even though we arrived late, and she was very friendly and helpful. My friend had a problem with his car, and our host called a mechanic and arranged for him to meet us the next morning. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for five of us, if there are couples willing to share beds you could fit 8 or 9 people there. Great location for hiking up to Rai hut!

Owner was very accommodating! Great location if you want to visit the natural and cultural beauty of central Bulgaria with friends and family. Every bedroom was spacious and had its own private bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials. My kids LOVED staying here.

Great location, easy to reach; nice natural materials architecture with arches all over the house and lovely garden, too. The place is furnished with a vintage, corresponding to the style and region, but comfortable furniture. There is a small grocery shop right next door. The hosts are extremely polite and hospitable: They gave us sheep milk for the kids and a bottle of home made brandy for us ;) . Nice garden to enjoy the sun outdoors. Excellent view: The Balkan Mountains and the magnificent Botev peak are right above your head! Great price for the service offered. Highly recommended!
