The condo was clean and matched pictures. There was a maintenance issue during stay, but owner was extremely quick to respond and resolve, very polite and easy to communicate with. He also gave us late check out. Resort is comfortable with great running trails and amenities.Short drive to town. Would be great for couples or small families.

Great location and intimate setting

We enjoyed our stay, loved the location and the owner made it easy to contact him if needed! Great place clean cute perfect! Cannot wait to visit again! The owner had a book of resources and I enjoyed his story about his own family it gave the place a personal connection which was very touching!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, short drive to everything we wanted to do. Only negative is the pool could be cleaner and could use a second frying pan, lol

The condo was in a nice and convenient location. However the unit was in need of a replacement/upgrade of furniture. Lighting was dim and frustrating. The inside of the unit was clean but the patio and outside furniture was very dirty.

The location is perfect for MTB and gravel riding as we did and only 10 min from everything in Bend. The bed is comfy which is important to me and the blackout shades are ideal. The place was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived with chips and other crumbs on the floor and the bathroom has a bad smell that lasted the whole visit. At check-in they said can come back for towels or TP which was not true as we learned when we tried for both on day 4. Additionally, if anyone is staying upstairs it is very loud. However the patio is fantastic and the grounds are fun, albeit dated and have mini golf, pool/hot tub and horseshoes.

This resort is a great place to stay, closest to Mt Bachelor. Lots of amenities. We have stayed at several of the condos in past years and this is one of the nicer ones. Host was very responsive

This was our second time staying in Todd’s condo and it was just a comfy as the first time. The bed is great, the couch is comfy, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Seventh Mountain is such a great hidden gem. We will be back.

This condo was perfect for my teenage daughter and me. She loved the Murphy bed in the living room while I took the Master bedroom. Very charming decor, very clean and well appointed. Loved the location.

My son and I stayed for several days for a get away and some biking before he moves to the east coast. The accommodations were perfect for our needs and would certainly stay here again.

We loved our time at 7th Mountain in Todd's condo. Todd was easy to get a hold of and flexible when we needed to adjust our dates. He answered any questions promptly and politely. The condo was clean and comfortable. The main bed was cozy, and we especially appreciated the blackout blinds for sleeping in! The kitchen had everything you'd need for preparing simple meals (though I admit we indulged quite a bit in the amazing Bend restaurants!). 7th Mountain Resort is so conveniently located, with a 10 minute drive into Bend. The resort itself is showing it's age a bit. I had to haul my laundry to several different buildings to find a working washing machine and dryer, and the rest of the facilities aren't anything luxurious. Regardless, my daughter had a ball playing mini golf and swimming her heart out, and it was nice to be without the crowds of Sunriver. One tip: we discovered an ice machine to the left (when entering) of the condo a few days into our stay. Great for the hot days when we visited! Restaurants we enjoyed: Barrio (tapas) McKay Cottage (amazing breakfast - worth the long wait!) Bonta Gelato El Sancho (causal taco place) Spork (Asian/Latin American fusion)

We had a wonderful few days at Todd’s condo. It was perfectly situated between the town of Bend and Mt Bachelor. Our kids loved the pools and hot tubs. We also lucked out with AMAZING spring skiing with plenty of fresh tracks! We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo and the amenities onsite were absolutely amazing! Todd is very responsive, helpful and friendly. He took care of us very well. The fridge wasn’t worked well and he had it replaced quickly. Which was awesome. Even helped with tools when we needed bike repair. We will definitely be back. Being just 10 minutes outside of Bend was perfect for us. The area made so much sense to us. Easy restful trip.

We picked this place because of its proximity to Mt. Bachelor. It shaves off a good 15 minutes from your drive. For us who are avid skiers, this is important. What makes it even better is that Todd's home is really lovely and was perfect for us. One thing to note, which was not an issue for us, is that there is just a two burner stove top and no over. This is absolutely clear in the pictures and description. Otherwise the place is in great condition, incredibly homey, and the kitchen is well stocked. Also to note, there was a bit of trouble with the fridge, which is out of anyone's control. Todd, the owner was very proactive in trying to get it fixed and when he couldn't, he was very fair in refunding us some of our money. Speaking of our host, he was warm and friendly and incredibly responsive - 5 stars to him as well. Next time we make it to Bend and Mt. Bachelor, we will definitely try to stay here again! I highly recommend this place.

The condo was perfect! Stocked with everything we needed, just the right size for our family of four, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was amazing. The ground floor unit was wonderful since we have a pet and it was great when we went for a walk along the river trail behind the complex. We had a wonderful trip and would certainly stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The location is perfect and the owner has done a great job making the unit comfortable and welcoming. Everything you need is provided and conveniently labeled :). I will be back again!

We stayed in another VRBO on the same property for 30 days and needed to extend for another week. So happy we had to move to a new spot. This condo was perfect in all areas.

Very nice setting and well kept grounds

This trip was perfect (beside the sun burnt legs), the unit was awesome. We did the river float, ate at some great restaurants and relaxed at the pool. We just needed a little break from city life and this worked perfectly. We will definitely like to rent this unit again. Todd made sure everything thing was taken care of for us.
