I can't say enough great things about this property, and almost don't want to so I can keep this place to myself!! Lois was very communicative and helpful during the booking process and also provided some great advice on car rental booking (St. John Car Rental was great). The property manager Joy was also wonderful. She gave us a great introduction to the property and provided some recommendations on local restaurants. We also did a trip to Lime Out with Joy on her boat, and she made sure we had an excellent outing. The property itself has incredible views of Coral Bay - the photos cannot do it justice. The main living area and both bedrooms have balcony access, which is fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was comfortable. Each bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. We also appreciated having access to beach towels, beach bags, etc to use for our beach trips. The air conditioning units in each bedroom kept the bedrooms nice and cool. We enjoyed every minute of our time in Coral Bay and at this property, and we hope to come back in the future. You will not regret staying here!!

This property was absolutely beautiful!! The views were amazing!!! The owner and her representative was wonderful!!! The furniture was so beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook with. We loved the area and would definitely recommend this property.

Villa Paradis was spectacular! We stayed 7 days and enjoyed the beautiful views and the nicely appointed home. And the owner and property manager were always prompt to respond to questions. 5 stars overall!

Just returned home from an absolutely beautiful week on St. John. This home, and it's views, were gorgeous from the first glimpse at the top of the driveway. The views from the home and back deck are even more incredible in person, it was the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise every morning, and wind down every evening. I love the more quiet side of the island in Coral Bay, and this location was prime. A quick jeep ride down the hill to a few restaurants and the grocery. Centrally located between places like Salt Pond Bay/Ram Head, the north shore beaches, Leinster/Waterlemon, and the East End. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spacious. We loved the island breeze during the day, but were thankful to have AC to sleep. The kitchen was well appointed, the washer/dryer was so nice to have, and there were plenty of things to help make the week easier (beach chairs, coolers, noodles, beach towels, etc). We spent an afternoon out on the Harmony sailboat with "Mermaid Joy" and "Captain Accordion Rob". It was a magical day snorkeling in Hurricane Hole, wonderful snacks and drinks, sailing around Coral Bay, and finishing up with a stop at Lime Out. Joy also gave us excellent advice on which days to snorkel certain locations, as well as other Coral Bay happenings. I echo other reviewers remarks wishing to keep this gem a secret. It was simply stunning, and I am really hoping to be blessed with another stay in the future.

The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family of four. The local property manager, Joy, was helpful and the communication with the owner was clear and timely. The roads in St John are really steep in places, including the approach to the house. But we rented a jeep and we’re able to navigate the island with no problem.

This was our second stay in Villa Celeste Paradis. We spent 20 nights there this time. It is a very comfortable, clean, and beautiful villa tastefully appointed with mahogany furniture. The view is stunning! Joy Graw made our visit especially wonderful. She’s the property manager and a font of information. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She is a gem and one of the kindest, generous people we’ve ever met. Loved our stay!

Honestly we’d prefer to keep this more of a hidden gem, but what an amazing place to stay in Coral Bay! The villa is spacious and easily fits two couples, the kitchen is well stocked if you decide to cook and Joy the housekeeper is incredibly responsive and a delight to work with. We will absolutely be back!

The villa is in a perfect location to explore the island. Eveything you would need for a relaxing and easy vacation is there. Joy was a fabulous guide and was there for all our questions. We especially enjoyed the night snorkel with her! Thank you, Lois and Joy!!

This was our third time to the island and this is by far our favorite property. The pictures do not do it justice! It had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect location and the evenings on the deck were delightful. Cool breeze and amazing views!!! Can’t wait to visit again!

Our family of four rented the property and it was perfect. Views are spectacular, place is very well furnished and setup. Joy - who greeted us in town and led us to the property was really helpful. Loved it.

Communication with owners and property manager was great leading up to and throughout our stay. The view is stunning and the many beaches and nature all around was simply fantastic. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Loved the villa! It was perfect for my husband and me. The view is magnificent. We loved relaxing on the deck watching the boats and waves in the harbor. Even the night view was fantastic. The kitchen was a dream- open to the tropical views, perfectly stocked, everything I reached for was there- perfect for cooks. We also had a meal cooked by Chef Julie, who delivers meals to the property- delicious! The layout would be perfect for two couples and we are talking about coming back next year with others. Quiet, relaxing, well stocked! Definitely recommended.

What an incredible stay! The villa was very well appointed - having beach chairs, coolers, tumblers, beach bags was SO clutch. It made packing a breeze and logistics so much easier. Lois was incredibly helpful and communicative leading up to the trip - full of advice and pro tips for navigating island life. Did I mention that this house is incredibly eco-conscious and self-reliant? There’s back up solar power in case of island outages and you sacrifice nothing in comfort. The A/C units worked like a charm at night and the ocean breezes left us cool the rest of the time. Special shout-out to Joy, the property manager. She is so warm and welcoming and took us on a very special snorkeling trip to a less-travelled beach - she pointed us to other local spots and haunts and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Stay here! You won’t regret experiencing Coral Bay. It has an incredible community feel and is super relaxing and low key.

We spent two weeks at Villa Celeste Paradis. We found the villa super clean, very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, with stellar views. We love the Coral Bay area. It is quiet and nature thrives. Lois, the owner, was great to work with. Joy, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. Indeed, we attribute getting the best out of our vacation because we connected with Joy. She's a lovely person with a generous heart and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved waking up to the villa's views--and miss them now that we're home. The internet worked perfectly. The washer and dryer was very handy. The AC did indeed cool down the entire villa. There were power outages, but apparently the islands have been experiencing numerous recently. Villa Celeste is unique because it has a power wall that retains solar energy. If the power goes out, there is still enough to run the refrigerator, stove, microwave and internet. We had a dinner catered by Julie on our first night--it was delightful! The beaches are only a few minutes drive away. And we were frequently visited by local hummingbirds and bananaquits. It was a memorable, truly luxurious vacation. We highly recommend Villa Celeste Paradis. It is truly a lovely property.

Beautiful, clean home with super convenient perks like coolers, beach chairs and beach towels. The view is awesome and the double master setup is ideal.
