The access card took a few attempts to enter the property and the room I wish there was a little more seating available for breakfast as it was very busy and you had to wait for tables or grab extra chairs. Would be nice to have 1-2 more cereal options and other bread like whole wheat too

- geen stoelen op het balkon. - zwembad werd gebruikt om zwemlessen te geven. - ontbijt kun je in een kartonnen zakje afhalen aan de receptie. - parkeren wordt extra aangerekend (6€ per nacht)

A mis niños les encantó la piscina y el desayuno.

Het hotel ligt aan de rand van de stad nabij de oprit naar de snelweg. Een hotel met kamer en voorzieningen die je voor deze prijs mag verwachten.

Tijdens onze hele reis het enige hotel waar je voor het parkeren moet betalen.

Staff is good.

Room is not comfortable and breakfast is not good as i expected.

Apart from the hockey teams waiting for the breakfast door to open, the food was good. The staff were on top of it if there was an item that ran out. Our first night we wanted to go swimming but the card would not work. My wife went to the counter to get the card fixed and then we tried again but did not work....she ended up doing that twice until a staff member came over and he attempted it 3 times. He initially wanted to just open the door for us to swim at that moment, but because we are there for the weekend, we wanted to come and go freely. These things do happen but it's them being right on top of it to get it sorted out!

Initially I thought the bed was very comfortable but soon after it turned uncomfortable. Because I live with chronic pain, I ended up using the additional pillows on the one bed (we had 2 beds in our room) and made it more comfortable, so I made it work. There was also a male person (he was with the cleaning staff) that when we went into our rooms after breakfast on the Saturday, he asked what room we were in, looked at it and had said 'aren't you guys checking out?' as we walked in, but we told him we are there for the weekend. I didn't think of it at all but it sat with me all weekend thinking that is a rude thing to say.
