Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Austin College. It was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone, beds were comfy, house was clean, and kitchen was well stocked. This a great little rental with the added bonus of being close to the lake too!

The property was just as it was described in the listing. The entire property was beautiful and set up well. Very spacious and cozy place. Plenty of gathering spaces, from the screened in porch, sun room, outdoor lounge area with fire place and grill to the spacious living room/ dining area, its easy to find a place to relax regarless of the weather! Has all the amenities you would have at your own home. The beds were very comfortable as well! You cant go wrong renting the Longhorn Lakehouse, you will feel right at home and will not want to leave! I highly recommend staying here, easily the nicest vrbo ive stayed at! The best part is, its veru reasonably priced!

We stayed for my son’s 13 birthday. We had plenty of room for all of us, and the house felt super clean! That’s huge for me when finding places to stay. The host was readily available, even though we didn’t have any issues during our stay.
They provide dish soap, trash bags, and laundry soap which is nice, just bring your own paper towels :)
We live locally but so glad we chose to stay here and I would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing! Plenty of room. The twin bedroom is better for smaller children not older taller kids. The porches were a great place to chill out and take a nap! The WiFi was a bit slow like you said but we could watch a movie with no problem. Over all nice time!

Perfect little place to call home away from home. Although the stress of daily work duties had me stressed, I was at my full relaxation and comfort when I got home to the longhorn house. Great little place. The grill came in handy and I definitely will look to rent it again if I’m ever in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality and accommodation.

We were pleasantly surprised at the little blue house and how sleek and cute it is! It has everything else needed and more and was also super conveniently located. The beds were comfy and we loved sitting outside under the string lights after the kiddos went to bed! Thank you for making our stay so seemless!

Perfect Stay
We joined friends for a weekend celebrating a birthday. The house was perfect, clean and we loved the decor. Kitchen was beautiful and we enjoyed the coffee. Quiet neighborhood, close to the lake/beach. Although it was to hot to hang out in the screened in porch, it would have been great in cooler weather. This place is a gem and would most definitely stay here again. Communication with property manger was quick and helpful.

Great getaway at the lake
My family (husband and 2 sons ages 14 and 9) stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and loved it. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and super clean. It was also very well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to be back again soon!

Stylish Home with Great Amenities
The home was perfect for our weekend stay for the Sherman Celtic Festival - a nice retreat after a long day of competition and festivities. The house decor looks like the cover of a magazine and had all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit while stargazing. Communication with the owner was great, and it was the perfect retreat for these four Houstonians. We will definitely book again if we're back in the area.

My family and I loved staying at this home! It was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was wifi is very slow, even just looking up restaurants or things to do was challenging. However if you don’t need access to internet/FaceTime calls then this would be a wonderful home to stay in!

Wonderful Charming and Comfortable
We stayed here with friends and loved this wonderfully appointed home with lots of thoughtfulness given to the comfort of the guests. Beautifully decorated with great outdoor spaces. It was a bit too hot to fully enjoy the screened porch but we are already planning to come back sometime in the future when it is cooler. Very close to two state parks for outdoor activity. One downside… if you need to work remotely while you are there be aware that the internet is not great.

This property was just as advertised! It is adorable, well laid out, and perfect for our family of five. We really appreciated the games for the kiddos and the kitchen was so cute that my mother in law is trying to replicate it in her new home. The beds were super comfy and everything felt like being home. Melissa was extremely responsive to all of our questions and the housekeeping staff was so kind upon our arrival. Thanks again!

Amazing property
This house is darling. We had a group of 5 ladies and it was just perfect for us. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have asked for and the screened in porch is extremely comfortable and where we spent the majority of our time! HIGHLY recommend!
