Property and access as described. Access may be an issue for some but for our family of fit and able types this provided a convenient spacious and value for money weekend stay. You may have to park some way from the property, make sure the driver takes a coat if there is the slightest chance of rain.

From start to finish this was horrible! We arrived and were shocked by the horrendous access! If you have children or pets or elderly relatives you can’t stay here. The owner entered the property whilst we were upstairs to attempt a repair unannounced! Whilst children were walking around. The house was dirty upon arrival and worst of all we found a tablet on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Had one of our children or our dogs eaten it, it could have been fatal! And there is a house full of students next door that party all night so don’t expect ANY sleep!

What a fantastic weekend we had. Location is Perfect for Plymouth centre to walk to and you can get a taxi easily from the house. Tastefully decorated with lovely personal touches. The host was fantastic and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend.
