The house was very accommodating and near the beach…

This home was perfectly located with upper balconies that gave a front view of the ocean and a back view of the intercoastal waterway. Each bedroom had its own balcony which was great and each balcony had chairs, tables, and a wall outlet. The main level also had front and back balconies that didn't give a water view but was fine getting to see all the people walking or jogging by in the front or just enjoying peace and quiet in the back.
The home had everything you need for a 7 day stay for 4 people. The home was perfectly located needing an exactly 2 minute walk to the beach. It was funny watching people walk from a long ways down the road and then just popping down the step and walking 1 block to the sand.
We appreciated the pet accommodations, they even had bowls for our dog. Normally I have a list of cons, there were none. That is amazing to say the least, and Vacassa even called an hour after we checked in to see if all was ok in case there was a problem. We experienced zero the whole trip Loved it!!!

Great place, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and ice cream. Off the main road, not a very busy street, beautiful views from the top floor balconies. This was our second stay and we plan to come back for a third!

Nice house with cool views from the front and rear of the house. The walk to the beach is easy and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood which is what we always look for. Kitchen supplies were perfect for every meal we wanted to make. We did not try the fire pit as it was a bit to warm for that during our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us, it was wonderful!

Would have appreciated a couple of beach chairs & a small cooler! No bedroom TVs but that worked ok for our short stay. No real beach view from the house. Fees are high.

Cleanliness, decor was very pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and home spacious. Highly recommend for a pleasant beach retreat.

The neighborhood was so friendly and quiet! I loved how close to the beach we were. The walk was really two minutes to the ocean. The house had all that wa needed in the kitchen. The views from the upper decks were spectacular. Thanks for creating such a beautiful space!

The home was very clean and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed games at the table each evening and coffee on the comfy sofa & chairs each morning. The porch out back was great for cocktails and relaxing in the evening overlooking the canal .
The home was tastefully decorated without so much "beachy" decor.

Beautiful home very comfortable in a quiet area. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. Will definitely rent again everyone had a good time.

Very Nice Home
We enjoyed our stay here this week. Great layout and nicely decorated. Plenty of seating too! Kitchen was decently equipped which is always a plus. Main bedroom has an awesome view of the waterway. The street is fairly quiet too which is ideal for children and pets.

Wonderful
Went for a quick weekend getaway with family including my new grandson. First time at Holden Beach and it was very enjoyable. Beautiful place to stay and very clean with everything you need. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very nice
I would like to say this place sucked so it will always be available for when I want to go back. But it didn’t. Loved this house. I will definitely be back. Good location- quick walk to beach access. Loved the fire pit. Ocean view AND intracoastal view from the front and back porches. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and bedding. Great house.

Great place!
Loved the short walk to the beach and the view of the intercoastal waterway from the upstairs deck. The view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms was nice too! Kitchen was well stocked and the place was really clean. Definitely recommend it to others!

The place was great my dog loved it and so did the kids. Very nice and clean. Only problem was the ice maker didn’t work but that was fine with us.

Spacious house with open living, dining and kitchen. Beautifully beach decorated. Perfect for my family! Steps up to bedrooms are wood and a little slippy for the dogs but they figured it out. We booked again for next year! It was a great vacation for the entire family!

-Really close to beach access and the causeway bridge so easy to get on and off the island
-LOTS of kitchen appliances - even a coffee bean grinder!
Cons:
-The listing said "linens provided" which we took to mean bath towels however that's not the case so make sure to bring your own
-The main storm door doesn't shut all the way so, with the shore winds, you get pretty aggressive high-pitched wind noise coming through both doors. Was a distraction mainly at meal times and while playing games at the counter or table
Overall, this is a great property and would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Holden!
