Amazing Hotel, Would definitely go back to Mallorca and would definitely return to this hotel.

The staff were really nice and friendly, as well as helpful. The overall stay was amazing and the rooms and bathroom are spacious. The facilities of the hotel were perfect.

We didn’t like the breakfast at all but there are loads of options near by.

Road noise. The en-suite door is designed as a glass door that closes with a space around it. Not very private.

The air conditioner was broken and water falls from.the roof. After they "fixed" it when we got in it was 29 degrees Celsius and did not fall under 27.8 whole night... it is definitely controlled by hotel guys and you could not change it... Asking at least for a fan on the reception did not know do they have it at all(???). The air conditioning and power is turned off whenever you leave your room, there are sensors that check your presence. On the question "if I sleep deep and don't move should the air-conditioning stop?? What should be the temperature then?? 100 Degrees??" none manage to answer me. The food is with very low quality. Only fruits are good just because you could not buy bad fruits in Spain :)). The dinner is cooked in front of you, good idea but if you don't fried it as most of the the thing, so it smells like McDonalds. The description in booking is completely wrong, some of the extras offered are not present at all and they claimed they never had it. There is no extra bed even you asked for...
