We like the location and the house itself. I wish there were a pantry and more closets. We had a fabulous time in the pool, and the fact that our dogs were welcome.

Place was as advertised. Easy walk to the beach and wagons/chair/umbrella were awesome. Pool wasn’t that hot and hot tub was pretty cold. Disappointed we couldn’t make it hotter as owner controls it remotely. Neighbor was terrible. Yelled at us at 9pm while kids were in the pool. We didn’t even have music playing and it was early. Having two laundary machines was great. Water pressure was a bit lacking (as was hot water). But it was “ok” Would definitely book again

The property was as described and the photos are accurate. We had a group of nine stay to attend a nearby wedding. All guests enjoyed the property, the amenities, and the location! A few small items to note: hair dryers for each bathroom would be a nice addition; an ironing board would be convenient; and, it is peculiar not to have at least a small, functional closet or wardrobe for 3 of the bedrooms. None of these items detracted from enjoying our stay.

We had two families stay here and it was perfect! The downstairs area with ping pong, huge lanai and pickleball in the driveway with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants made this the perfect stay! the upstairs floor plan is open making it easy for everyone to be together!

We loved this house. Beautiful views out the back of dolphins swimming by in the morning. Walk out the back door and either jump in the pool or fish on the dock. There was a kayak and a canoe to jump in and paddle around which was a huge bonus because that was not listed as an amenity when we booked. The beach was actually a 5 minute walk as listed and maybe even less than that. Lots of good restaurants nearby. You have everything you need without having to drive very far. We would book this again!

The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook. Location is peaceful and relaxing with good fishing. Definitely a great stay!

The house is laid out just right for a vacation, plenty of bedrooms and hangout space. Location is ideal for walking to the beach and skipping all the traffic.

Fabulous house which was perfect for a teenage family. The pool was great which the children loved. The area is beautiful with a short walk to the beach. The house had everything to entertain the family from bikes, canoes, games and beach equipment. We loved staying here and would recommend to other families.

We stayed at Waterfall Way for a week with our family. We were lucky to get an early check-in! The location was perfect!! We were able to travel to Marco Island, Sanibel, and Naples easily. (Locations were between 30 minutes and 50 minutes). The 5 minute walk to the beach and Doc’s was also a plus. The house sits on an ocean inlet and we were able to see great sunrises, dolphins swimming, and of course the popular afternoon summer storms. We enjoyed the pool and sauna on a daily basis. The house was adequately furnished and quite comfortable. We loved the abundance of towels and the fully stocked kitchen with the appliances, glasses, plates, and utensils we needed. Having a lot of seating areas and a downstairs kitchenette was a plus. The garage was filled with bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, mats, coolers, and a cart to help us transport what we needed. There were kayaks and a paddle board out back, fishing rods and pool floats and toys. It was the perfect place in the perfect location for our family and we would definitely return! A few easy and manageable suggestions for improvement would be to update the beach chairs and umbrellas (some were broken)and an outdoor container for the toys and pool floats so they don’t get wet and moldy. Toys and corn hole bags were left outside around the pool area and were unusable. Also, the garage needed a little TLC as it was so hard to find things (assuming left in that condition from previous renters). At times, the pool was filled with nats. We think this was a result of the clogged drainage. (suggestion for pool maintenance) Finally, something to help with the downstairs musty smell. We hope to return to Waterfall Way! Great location and the house has a great layout for large groups. The house was recently remodeled and not all projects are 100% complete i.e. trim around doors and windows leave some space to the outside due to not being finished, we covered them with duct tape to keeps bugs out of the downstairs rooms. Other than that we had a great stay and would book it again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful house! Plenty of room for everyone and so much to do! It had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Easy walk to the beach, Doc’s Beach house restaurant and The Cafe at Bonita Beach. Both have great food. We had fresh mango and avocado from the trees in the yard!! I would highly recommend this house and stay again

Secluded family oasis with easy beach access. This property has it all. Wonderful salt water pool with plenty of pool toys and places to sit. Beach was a 3-5 minute walk. Everything you would need for the beach was there; chairs, wagon, toys, and towels. We saw tons of wildlife in the back channel including a daily visit from a dolphin. It was a great vacation and can’t wait to come back. Ray, the owner, was so friendly we enjoyed taking with him.

The outdoor area was fantastic….from the pool to the river to the outdoor dining space….all were truly great. Our family ranges in age from 7 years to 71 years. We all agreed that our stay was awesome.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. It was a great location with easy access to the beach. The bedrooms, pool, hot tub and view of the canal were wonderful. There is a little of everything available at this location from fishing off the pier, basketball in the front driveway, a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and swimming in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and there were two refrigerators to accommodate large groups. Overall we had a great time! We even saw dolphins swim by a few times from the upper patio and the pier.

We truly enjoyed our stay. 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds fits our family perfect. Plus a bedroom with a queen. Location was quiet but only 5 minute walk to beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting watching for dolphins to go by. Kayak’s we’re used a lot. Lots of seating. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Improvements: Have a 3 ring binder with all info. (Hot tub directions are on the wall downstairs.) Maybe organize the kitchen and linens (towels and beach towels) every so often. Clean dresser drawers every so often. Organize and clean up pool toys and garage. Throw away odd stuff that past visitors use. My OCD coming out! Overall a great place to stay!

We had a lovely time at Waterfall Way. House was perfect for my husband and me and our 4 adult children and their friends. House is in super location...close to beach and has lovely pool and dock off back on back bay. Waterfall Way was very well stocked with everything we needed and owner was very gracious to allow us use of everything in garage! We lined pickleball court on driveway with duck tape and brought a net with us so we could play pickleball every day. It was a blast. Even got some comments from the neighbors about it being a great idea! Would highly recommend Waterfall Way.

This home was perfect for our family of adults and we thoroughly enjoyed our week! We appreciated how well the home is stocked with "toys" such as kayaks, beach gear, ping pong table, bicycles, basketball, fishing poles, outdoor grill & pizza oven. There are a few items in the home that need attention such as sliding doors frames unfinished and using zip ties as a "latch" and moldy looking air vents. Also we started out our stay on Saturday with overflowing garbage cans sitting in front of the home when garbage pick up day wasn't until Thurs. These things detracted from an otherwise wonderful home. The garbage issue isn't acceptable for guests and shouldn't be acceptable in such a nice neighborhood.

Check in was super easy. House was very clean. Could use a little love and attention but nothing affected the way we felt about the house. We spent a ton of time in the pool and spa. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glassware and spices! Would definitely recommend this spot!

Great house with even better location. Our family had a blast. Best of all worlds. Large pool for swimming with the kids was so nice. Beautiful view off the back of the home even getting to see dolphins every day. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The home has a great layout, nice size bedrooms, and large kitchen. Home comes with fishing rods, kayaks, bikes, and chairs/buckets for the beach. Great place to stay.

Great property and location. 6 adults and 4 teenagers in our group. Lots of room to spread out inside and out. Great outside space, everyone enjoyed the pool time. 5 minute walk to the beach. Also close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Lots to do in the area. Great response time from property manager. Would love to stay here again. Extras in the house which were nice: pool stuff, lots of towels, bikes , beach cart, other beach items, coolers, kayaks. Lots of dishes. Also the ping pong table was a hit. FYI great food at Docs(Close restaurant) but they only take cash.

We stayed at waterfall way for a week with our family. We loved this house and location. First it is in an excellent location. 25-30 mins from the airport, close to restaurants, the beach. Out back is a nice ocean inlet, perfect for kayaking, and out front, within a 5 min walk is the public beach. The house was very clean, decorated, and furnished nicely. All 4 full showers and bathrooms were amazing . The pool was very nice, as well as the hot tub. Plenty of towels with 2 laundry rooms worked great for 11 of us frequenting the pool/beach. There was even a nice beach cart with chairs, and mats to layout on the beach. The property manager was very friendly and pleasant to work with, very prompt with responses. No complaints, we hope to return one day to visit again.

The location of the house is perfect to the beach and Doc's, the pool was amazing, plenty of seating indoors and out if you have a large group, a bit much for our smaller group but plenty for a larger one! Would rent again for sure!

Neighborhood was quiet, pool is just as large as pictures show, and short walk to the beach (~5min). The house itself has everything you could want from house essentials, beach cart, beach chairs, and rafts for the pool. It was a very relaxing vacation walking to the beach everyday and evenings enjoying the pool/hot tub. We had 4 adults, 5 teenagers and everyone had their own space. The downstairs was ideal for the teenagers to hang out. It is an absolutely beautiful area and we hope to come back!

Beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location, short drive to many restaurants. Short 5 minute walk to the beach and Doc's Beach House. Garage has a wagon, beach chairs, toys, fishing poles, bikes, kayaks, anything you would need. The property is beautiful, we loved eating the ripe mangoes straight from the tree. Enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the bay. Loved our stay, would love to stay here again in the future. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
