The pictures show pretty well what to expect. The owner reacts fast to messages.

Unfortunately it was not very clean. When we arrived we firstly had to clean up. We complained about it and it was fixed afterwards. Nevertheless the whole complex was missing some decent clean-up. It is also pretty loud. Although it was off season the street in front of the house is always busy. Also, when people are at the pool it resounds a lot. The parking space is tiny.

The room was spacious and it’s close to superstores and zadar town… not to mention the airport too. The host communicated with me before I arrived, during and after I left. I also requested a baby crib and they had one in the room for me and they also had a baby bouncer there just in case I needed it. My room was clean and family friendly!

Location is good for access to the town, beaches, shops and airport. The apartments are a good size. The owners are friendly and accommodating.

Could have been cleaner and better maintained. Would have been excellent when first built but now due a refurb.

The apartment was clean and it had a nice balcony.

The jacuzzi was not warm, unusable in April although the host told us before we arrive that we could use it.

The rooms were really small and there was no privacy outside (owners live in the same building).

Easy access, excellent communication. Lovely apartment!

Swimming pool.

Second bed was just a sofa... Uncomfortable sofa. In jacuzzi works only one of three places. Lack of elevator. Localization next to main road over a bakery (which works during night)

Nothing was good. When arrived, nobody was there and the host didn’t answer on the phone. We started to look for another place… After one hour, the old man who speaks only Croatian came and showed us our apartment. The host came finally in the evening to gave us access to the washing machine which is located in the cave and not in the apartment as announced. That was the only short contact with the host. They didn’t had the time at our leaving time either.

Photos that you can see on booking.com are very well done, but the reality is completely different. At the front there is a bakery, so you have an industrial view on it’s roofs and intense smells. The route is very busy, so all the day and night it’s very noisy. The great big garden in real is a small place with plastic grass. Pool was covered at 5pm so we didn’t try it. The parking is very narrow and difficult to use. We where 6 and only 4 sleeping places where prepared. In the kitchen there was something like 3 covers …

Very friendly owners, great swimming pool and a courtyard with a small children playground, toys and swimming equipment at guests' disposal. Bakery next door, shop across the street. Wifi worked well. Mosquito nets on windows.

Poorly equiped kitchen (no water jar, only a few kitchen utensils, totaly blunt knives, no bowl for salat or alike), some of the dishes were dirty. Sewage smell in toilet of room nr. 2, very loud noise from the main street, second bed was a couch/sofa made into a bed eventhough the description said there will be 2 double beds and a couch.

The owner lady was superkind, and the room was superclear. There was a pool.

Very small for a family (2 adults, 2 kids). There was no cooking possibility. The rate was too high for a small room.

Great location, Pool, Jacuzzi, great hospitality and excellent hosts.
