We thought the proscecco and chocolate were a lovely touch. The bed was so comfortable. Plenty of tea,coffee etc.. I had to contact the host, and she was very helpful. I would definitely go back.

I think the entrance, and hallway, could do with an upgrade. It looked a bit tired. But the room, bed, bed linen and goodies, made up for it.

The room was very clean and cosy. We loved that there was a coffee machine as well as other beverages in the fridge. There was plenty of space which was good too. The bed was very comfy and we liked having access to a private bathroom. The location of the guest house was perfect. We didn't have to travel more than 10 minutes to get to any of the places we wanted to go.

Really nice Guesthouse, great value for money and great location. Lots of refreshments available in the room. Very clean comfortable beds, Spacious immaculately presented rooms and all in all a perfect stay. We will be back in the summer for a longer stay! Would highly recommended this property.

There literally wasn’t any thing wrong with this property, it was perfect! If anyone finds anything then your just being picky! couldn’t fault it!

A bit of a walk into Saudersfoot. It wasn't a problem for us, as we had a car.

We only saw the host on arrival and o checking with us everything ok. No breakfast on offer which was clear when I booked. Functional room but on nail road so was noisy. V busy road to walk down into Saundersfoot which had no pavement so not great at night time.

The room and facilities are very good.

We do not like road noise and avoid establishments that have or are likely to be affected with same, I booked through Booking .com and it wasn't obvious it was on the A478. Prior to booking I checked the reviews and the address of this guest house and even looked at Sandyhill Road on google maps, the picture of the guest house shows the side of the building on Sandyhill road which is a quiet residential road so we booked a 4 night stay, when we got there we where disappointed to see that our room was on the front of the building which is on the A478 side not the side of the building on the Sandyhill road address and post code. It was admittedly 4PM ish and the A478 was extremely busy and noisy, we contacted the owner (Mary) she came to our room and we discussed our concerns, she was very understanding and we agreed to reduce the duration of the booking from 4 nights to 2. We stayed just the one night. In fairness to the owners, I didn't check their own website which clearly states it is on the A478, I will be discussing this event with Booking.com.
