The condo was on point and Donna made everything a breeze. The maintenance work on the building was only a minor inconvenience and expected during the off season. The only disappointment was smoke coming from other balconies when we were trying to enjoy the ocean air.

The condo and accommodations were more than we could’ve ever anticipated. Everything we could possibly need and more. Donna was available for our questions before and during our stay and we are already planning a return trip!

Have stayed in 4 condos in the Surfside/Garden City area in the last 2 years and this is one of the two we would book again. Donna is great. The condo is set up with everything you could need. We cooked every night and never once missed a utensil, dish, pot or pan. It is all there. Lovely view; lovely stay; will come again

We loved the condo and the location. It was very clean and perfect for the two of us. The views were spectacular and one morning we were able to see the sun rise which was beautiful. Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you!

We loved our stay at this condo! The host provided so many extra nice touches to make our stay enjoyable. Our favorite spot was sitting on the balcony in the bar height chairs! Great view! Parking and beach access was easy! Great communication with the host! We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of Garden City Beach. Hope to stay here again when we return!

Wow! Everything about this stay was so well thought out. Check in was seamless. The property was centrally located in the complex. Everything was spotless!!! Above my expectations! Being on the beach I anticipated a little sand or some wear and tear from humidity. Not the case! Very pristine. The pictures don’t do it justice! It was more beautiful and spacious than I imagined. Donna has thought of everything! From makeup towels to to-go containers. She has provided it! I especially loved the ample charging stations! It is right on the beach!! We rented chairs and we’re able to enjoy time on the beach come up for lunch and go right back down. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful condo on the beach!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental condo. It is chock full of amenities.. extra touches, excellent communication with owner/manager, beautiful and fun decor, that is it is now top of our list for return stays. Super clean, comfortable bed, beach chairs, beautiful clean showers... to add a few more comments. And the view, of course, is also the best!! We'll be back

We've been staying at Water's Edge several times for the past few years, as we love the location & views. That said, this was the first time we've stayed in this unit. To start, the lines of communication with Donna were superb. Donna gave us recommendations of places to go & even sent a message one night to alert us that a SpaceX launch would be happening in Cape Canaveral (as well as how to view it from the balcony.) She didn't need to do that, & that really stood out for me. Secondly, the unit was far beyond clean and well-stocked; I made sure to mention this to her upon receiving her "Get ready for your vacation" instructions. This condo was the BEST-stocked unit we've stayed in...oftentimes we've found only one roll of toilet paper, or we've had to buy our own dish soap, coffee filters, salt & pepper, etc. Not the case here. To have to buy all that stuff for a few days' stay (& not be able to take it home on the plane) is a waste & inconvenience. She had EVERYTHING & it was nice to feel so at home from the start. I'd say that the beds were comfortable, the views were great but to me that goes without saying & it was the customer service that really made this trip stand out for us. Lastly, I appreciated the way she handled an unexpected damage claim: Fabric dye from my new vacation pjs leached onto the sheets & stained them. After expressing apologies & embarrassment that I damaged something, she was gracious & helpful in rectifying it. Truly a great host.

It was easy, owner is very considerate, welcoming and real. I very much appreciated all those traits especially when planning a surprise anniversary get away for my wife and I. All went well and we were blessed with a great long weekend. Thanks, Chris

This cozy condo was a delightful surprise. The view was amazing. The condo was so nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Donna was a great host. We even had a cocktail in the little bar there and we were very welcomed. Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time, it was very peaceful and it was just what we needed for a getaway weekend. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway experience.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 20+ years always stayed at great properties but this was the cleanest condo I’ve ever been in! It was immaculate!!! The owner was super sweet!! Beach was fabulous and everyone was so so nice! Will definitely book again!!

Immaculate, organized, well-appointed with an incredible view! Garage will not accommodate a vehicle over 6’9” so we couldn’t bring the kayaks, but I would definitely stay here again.
