The property under promised and over delivered! We had the most relaxing, much needed time!

The house was amazing! The beach right across the street, the pool and all the extras made this house perfect for our family. Evenings on the porches was my favorite! The house had everything we needed or wanted plus lots more. Lots of places to eat and shop near by too! Would stay again for sure!

We loved everything about our stay and the house. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the ocean views. The proximity to the beach while also having the pool was ideal for our family. The house was very clean and large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. We are already booked to return next year!

2 families shared this house (4 adults and 2 teens) and it was more than enough room. The upstairs landing area was great for hanging out. We spent a lot of time on the decks overlooking the ocean. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. We bought a disposable baking pan to make brownies, but there are lots of pots, pans, and sheet trays. The pool was much bigger than we thought it would be. It is nice to have the afternoon sun on that side of the house. Would stay here again.

Simple Perfection

We had an amazing time in Flagler Beach. The home has the perfect location. Beach chairs would have been nice to have, but overall it was wonderful. Also, there were plenty of beach towels supplied, we did not have to bring our own...that would have saved an entire suitcase (may want to update the listing on that one). Thank you!

We absolutely loved the house and location!

We all really enjoyed our stay here and the house was exactly what we needed and as described. The pool was warm enough to swim in even given the unseasonable cold temps. This was our first time visiting Flagler Beach and enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere of the town. We enjoyed some football games and a Christmas day lunch at Finns bar. A really good local spot with tasty food and strong drinks. We all took many walks to the center of town for drinks and food... and ice cream at Sally's! Took a quick day trip up to St. Augustine to tour the Fort and old town... it was worth it! We initially had issues with the wifi not working. A call to the property manager and Jason came out as soon as he could and found us a new modem and had us up and running at 630pm... on Christmas eve!! We were so thankful. Our only complaints were that the two twin bed mattresses were not comfortable for adults. (We went to Walmart and bought some toppers to make them acceptable) They would probably be just fine for kids or average size teenagers. The two chairs in the living room were not comfortable at all, but we adapted. Be aware that the traffic sound on A1A in front of the house can be loud and is a constant. Several of us took daily advantage of the covered picnic table on the beach right in front of the houses. Overall we would rent here again in a heartbeat.

House was nice, views exceptional, plenty of room for our family. Managers were responsive. Do not expect to use the garage for anything, including storage, it’s locked with no access. Also keep in mind it is right on A1A so there is traffic most all the time. Another thing to note is the neighbor right next door has a yapping mutt that barks non stop if you are on either porch or pool area. So if you are good with those things, it is very nice. The barking mutt will probably make me decide elsewhere next time at this price point.

I just wanted to come here and tell anyone interested in renting this place, don’t think twice! You will NOT find a more gorgeous view at sunrise everyday! 3 cpls (6 adults) For 7 days and it did not disappoint. House was super clean, the beds slept great and we had plenty of room. Location was perfect for us with plenty of places to eat out and visit as well as a short drive to bigger grocery stores and shops. The only complaints we had on our stay was for a cpl days the dryer wasn’t working due to clogged vent(but they were more than accommodating to get repaired quickly as possible Pool was a little cool for the women, and we wished we had access to the garage to park our motorcycles at night. We definitely would rent this place again in the future. Pros: Very easy access to beach Nice pool Best views from front deck Plenty of room Home was stocked with more than plenty to get by with for a week Showers were strong and warm Nice kitchen area Cons: You will get tired of walking up steps lol Dryer didn’t work for a few days(was repaired asap) Not a lot of parking(would love to have had access to garage to get motorcycles out of the night salt air) Bedroom with two twin beds(beds were on wheels and every time you move or roll over the bed would roll lol) but slept great I heard.

We had 3 beautiful days before having to be evacuated due to hurricane. Property managment was good for getting us info. Looking forward to next year hopefully a full week of beautiful weather.

This place and location was a great vacation spot for my family and I!! Great place to enjoy the beach without the vacation crowds!! Everyone in this town was super nice and friendly!!! The house was clean and has a great view of the beach where else enjoyed every sunrise during our stay!!

Great house, great location. Pool was great (they are working on pool deck but did not impact our enjoyment). Comfy beds, kitchen was great, 2 great sitting rooms. Responsive, Had one small power issue that was taking care of immediately. Would recommend.

Need towels. Only a few are supplied. You have to swim with a hose In the pool that is connected to a pool cleaner. And there was caution tape and orange cones in the pool area during our visit.

Overall a good place to stay, great location to beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

The house far exceeded our expectations. The layout of the rooms and pool were perfect. The location of the house was close to all of the shops and restaurants and within walking distance. Grocery stores were also close so you did not have to drive far to get groceries. The beach access is directly in front of the house, which was a big bonus. The beach was never crowded either. When you sit on the porch for lunch you will see seagulls all day which was really nice. We highly recommend eating at "The Anchor" we went twice because it was so good. We will definitely be coming back every year. We have been to several beach houses and this one was by far the best. 10 out of 10!

And the large heated pool in the backyard is an excellent place for entertaining! We most definitely would love to stay here again!

The house was nice and clean. The pictures did well to depict what the house was like. Our family was very comfortable here. We ate more than a few meals while watching the ocean from the front porch. We went to the beach early day and then swam in the pool in the afternoon. The pool has sun on it then. Great house , great vacation.

Modern house right on the beach, very well kept and maintained, we enjoyed it a lot!!! Super easy communications with management

This was a lovely vacation spot. This location is AMAZING. Just out the front door lies A1A followed by the stairs that lead over the dunes which bring you to the sand and ocean surf. This is fantastic for families who want a quiet get away but also have kids who love the entertainment of the beach. Just sitting on the full size balconies and watching the ocean was a treat. This was a great spot for photography, especially at sunrise and sunset. There is usually a few people on the beach but there is plenty of space and we were often the only swimmers at this spot. This is close enough to enjoy St. Augustine, Bulow Sugar Mill Ruins, and crabbing in the Bulow Creek/Halifax/Intercoastal. The pool is a treat and surprisingly deep. The house has 3 nice bedrooms with firm, but comfortable mattresses. (If the twin beds need to be screwed into the wall, the owner should remove the wheels. It is impossible to not move a bed on wheels, but this rips the screws out of the wall.) All appliances are high end and function well. There were adequate towels but groups might want to bring some. There is a Keurig and a coffee pot which is convenient. The kitchen is new with granite countertops. Upstairs is a game room area with two bedrooms. It is odd that the two twin beds have an ocean view. I would have thought that should be the master bedroom. However, the painting on the twin bed wall is adorable and our kids LOVED the room. The comforters all feel clean and lush. Overall our family had a fantastic vacation and really enjoyed this spot.
