The view from this condo is perfect! We sat on the balcony just as much as we sat inside. We enjoyed this condo very much and it was the cleanest rental I have ever had. Great room furniture was very comfortable and the beds were great. With the exception of salt and pepper, the kitchen was well equipped. We only had a couple of complaints: The bed pillows are not very good. There were extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases. Secondly, the 2 frying pans in the kitchen need to be thrown away. Overall, I would most definitely stay in this condo again.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Beautiful condo, spacious, clean and just as advertised. We had a wonderful time and it exceeded our expectations. This very well may become our annual vacation location!

Stayed her with our family for our daughter’s wedding. The location was great and the condo was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and the view of the ocean was great. We needed to check in early as we had to be in Hollywood for rehearsal by 4 pm. The property company was easy to work with and although they couldn’t promise early check in, they were able to accommodate our request. One thing to remember is they only allowed parking for 2 cars (holiday weekend) so one of our other family members had to park in public parking close by. We’d stay here again.

We stayed here for Spring Break and even though the weather was terrible the condo was beautiful, the views were AMAZING! and it was walking distance to so many things, it was a fabulous trip!! Will definitely be back!!

Excellent stay
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The view from the condo was the best part. I would stay here again. The only complaint would be only having two key fobs for two families to share, but that would be it.

Great place to enjoy the beach
My family and I enjoyed our time at Folly Beach. Dunes Properties made it easy for us to reserve, check in and check out. Our condo had a fantastic view of the ocean/beach and our stay was very comfortable.

The other two rooms were small but each had their own bathroom, which was a big plus for us. The beds weren't the most comfortable but that wasn't an issue. We hope to be back next year and many years to come.

We were in town for a wedding and loved everything about folly beach. The island is fantastic! Restaurants are all close to the property. We loved listening to the live music coming from loggerheads from the front balcony. The music ended at a reasonable time (I believe 9pm at the latest). Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to enjoy the place.

The condo was in good shape on 4th floor. Glad we were on the top floor because lots of kids. Would have been bad to have someone above us!
The condo building itself needs some attention. A huge water pipe burst in the garage and caused the alarms to go off for over an hour. Very loud. You can see the corrosion on the ceiling in the garage and more bad things will happen in the future if not repaired.
The one elevator was always I demand and made checking in and out kind of long process waiting and competing for the one elevator.
Other than that, it was nice stay. Views make it great.

The condo was in good shape on 4th floor. Glad we were on the top floor because lots of kids. Would have been bad to have someone above us!
The condo building itself needs some attention. A huge water pipe burst in the garage and caused the alarms to go off for over an hour. Very loud. You can see the corrosion on the ceiling in the garage and more bad things will happen in the future if not repaired.

Had an awesome stay, can't beat the location. Good amenities with the pool and credit for renting beach gear. Only negative was there was no soap or toilet paper (perhaps this is a Covid restriction that we just overlooked) That would be the only (small) negative about this place, otherwise it was really nice

The kitchen is well-supplied with all cookware, dishware, tools, and appliances. The bathrooms are spacious and spotless. The bedrooms are clean and comfy, with great mattresses and plenty of pillows. Even the washer and dryer worked great. The living room is beautiful, with really comfortable sodas. And you cannot beat the spectacular view of the beach and the pier from the huge balcony. Even though the pier is currently being removed, there was absolutely no issue with construction noise! Loved sitting on the balcony, especially in the morning, watching the flocks of seagulls and squadrons of pelicans, and even saw dolphins a number of times!! With the easy proximity to Folly's shopping and restaurants, the prime location on the beach, and the great condition and amenities of the King Neptune unit, I couldn't have done any better!!

All about the beach
The condo was clean and in good condition. Our goal was to be able to see the ocean 24/7 and the location fully met our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The beds were fair and could use new mattresses but they weren’t the worst I’ve seen in a vrbo. I can’t rave enough about the oceanfront view and it being within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

We spent a few hours each day in Charleston visiting museums, historical homes, a carriage ride and the market.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Hope to stay there again in the future.

relaxing week at the beach
Loved the condo, the view of the ocean, the ability to walk to Pier and "downtown" Folly beach. Loggerhead restaurant (literally across the street) was amazing. Lost Dog cafe is a must!
Balcony was A+++.
Only negative was fan in master BR made a clicking sound intermittently through the night :(
