Location was great and property is secure. The upper outdoor terrace is excellent, well-furnished with fantastic views of the sea and superb sunsets. Also has a good patio heater for cooler evenings. Good, powerful showers; kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of glasses, cups, plates, cutlery etc. Wi-Fi seemed fast though we only used it upstairs. Communication from Elena was excellent.

The property is incorrectly advertised as having air conditioning- it does NOT. There is a portable dehumidifier in the store cupboard and a small wall fan in the upper bedroom, but neither of these cool the air. Even in October all rooms were very hot and we had to leave doors open, including overnight, to keep cool. Bed in upper room was comfortable, bedding clean but old (bobbly sheet) and could do with replacing.

Superb communication by host, Elena was easy to talk to via Whatsapp and always available. Ease of arrival. Location was great - really quiet, fantastic terrace, sea view, lots of outside seating with cushions, loungers etc. Walking distance to beach, supermarkets, cafes, shops and bus stops. Inside property very spacious, comfy sofa with huge Smart TV, big dining area. Whole property felt like a tardis, with more rooms and amenities to explore as you walked around. Outside kitchen facility and electric socket and gas heater for chillier evenings on the terrace. Very clean bathrooms, superb showers. Great WiFi, and power sockets everywhere. Good value for money. Superb walks from Palm-mar to Los Cristianos westwards or along the coastal path to the east. Whole place felt really homely, welcoming and spacious.

Always having to go outside/via terraces to access different rooms, which was fine during the great weather we had but felt odd (it IS enclosed, but felt weird going from bedroom naked :-) over terrace to the kitchen). Upstairs bedroom had a funny, gluey smell from the roof we think, so we didn't use it - shame, as the decoration was lovely and it had the best views. Busses to and from Palm-mar are a bit sporadic and don't operate all day, there is half an hour's walk to the major road and all the other bus routes. Not a problem for us but might be for others.
