Our family stay here over the weekend. Great location. Parking wasn't the best. The house was great for our family, plenty of space but the cleanliness was ok. The grill wasn't clean, the toilet in the master bath was clogged, messing lens in the lights in the livingroom, no cleaning supplies for the bathrooms or kitchen. Other than that it was great.

Wonderful house with room to have meals and family time together and space to relax and decompress when needed. Relatively close to attractions, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We were sad to learn there was no xbox as listed, but other than that extremely satisfied.

A beautiful home with necessary space for all ages. It wasn’t a bad drive to SDC or Branson strip and nice to be outside of the commotion. The only thing I didn’t see was a list of instructions with trash and other check out requirements. Apart from that it was a great stay!

Fit our needs perfectly

The house overall is very nice & comfortable! We had 13 people (ages 9-78) stay for 5 nights. We enjoyed the proximity of lots of Branson activities: SDC, Table Rock Lake, Dogwood Canyon, Tanger Outlets, & Sight & Sound Theatre. We ate most of our meals at the house & found the kitchen to be adequately stocked.
Unfortunately, we did arrive to find the AC not working. The house was a stuffy 78 degrees for the 1st 24 hours of our stay (thankful it was rainy & coolish for July, otherwise it would have been way worse). I did communicate with the owner upon our arrival, but he was not able to get anyone to service it until the next evening. So the stuffy house was a disappointing start and I was surprised we were not offered a discount for the 1st night.
A few other minor issues/areas for improvement:
-Pac-Man arcade chair was broken, the bottom ring to place your feet on is not attached which caused our kids to fall when trying to get on the chair a few times
-trash cans and full length mirrors in the bedrooms would be great. With this many people staying in a house, the bathrooms are often occupied
-Facial tissues would be a fantastic addition! There was not one Kleenex box in the house, this caused us to use toilet paper as a substitute & then we had to purchase additional toilet paper
-the 1st sentence of the listing description says "brand new". There are reviews 2+ years old on this listing; it is far from brand new (I had noticed this, but others may not)

The location is great for the price for wanting to stay by Branson!! We never had any travel problems with traffic getting to and from Branson. We stayed for softball nationals so we were not at the house a lot but there was plenty of room for our big family and very clean and open layout!
The community pool was a little crowded at times but it’s summer so not surprised there. I guess maybe one improvement would be a hot tub but that’s being very picky maybe a few up to date board games also. Other than that a very clean and very roomy family place to stay very close to the lake and Branson!!

We had so much fun in Branson and appreciated coming home to a clean and spacious house each evening! The setting is peaceful yet conveniently located, and the community's amenities were also a nice touch.

The home was spacious, accommodating, and sparkling clean. There is room for 2-3 cars plus overflow parking at various areas which seems to have alleviated concerns with street clutter. Due to a glitch in VRBO booking, had an issue booking. However, Scott went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice place to stay. Very gracious, highly recommend!!

Beautiful home. Kitchen could be stocked a little better. Thank goodness I brought salt and pepper and other seasoning. Grill could use work. Back flames are all that work. We got dinged for not taking out last days trash. Make three separate car trips to dumpster. Not convenient at all. Last day had three bags and all of our cars were full of kids and other family members. Didn’t have a way of loading it so left it tied meaty on the porch and was charged $50 bucks. I get you have yo have rules. We followed every single one except that last day because we didn’t want to load trash in with our family members. Still had a great time.

We had 13 people, three generations, staying in this home for our annual family Christmas trip. We had plenty of room to spread out when desired but plenty of room to join together when needed. I wasn't sure of the convenience of getting back into Branson, but it was great, with no issues. So, that made it pleasant to be in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Branson and many other conveniences. Our family loved the home, from the spaciousness to the bunk room for the kids, to the game room for the kids, to the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, and the peace and quiet of the area. It was a great stay. Definitely a 5-star home! You won't be disappointed.

Great rental! Very clean. The size and layout of the home were perfect for our family gathering with all the amenities we needed and more. Numerous family members commented on how comfortable the beds were. Mr. Horton was amiable and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will stay again!

There were 12 in our family staying with ages that range from almost 2 to 81 years old. Each and everyone of us enjoyed our stay and we were able to make lots of family memories while staying in this awesome house.

Everything was in great working order, convenient, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I very much appreciated the quick responsiveness of the owner every single time I had a question or slight issue to resolve. Couldn’t ask for a weekend with 15 people in one house to go any smoother or be any more enjoyable.

Our Army family came from three states for a weekend of fun. We all had an amazing time. The house was perfect. It was clean and had plenty of space for the whole crew. It was a perfect weekend!

We had a great time. The only problem we had was when we came home Saturday night and their were cars parked along the street that made it hard to pull in our drive way and to back out. My son in Law bought his truck and had to keep going forward and backwards just to park. Otherwise it was awesome.vwe will rent again.

It’s a very nice home, 6 bedrooms. 5 with kings 1 with bunks. Bunks are not comfortable for adults.

The pictures are somewhat misleading as the sidewalk up to the door of the house is very steep and is not good for someone who is handicapped. This needs to be stated in the description as our group did have a handicapped person who had trouble with the sidewalk and very steep stairs just before the entrance to the house.

The house was perfect. Plenty of room and everything you need to enjoy time with Friends and Family. Easily accommodated the 12 of us. Kitchen had everything and the deck was perfect for cooking out and relaxing. Close to Big Cedar Lodge and golfing!

The layout of the house allows for separate spaces when people needs alone time, naps, etc but great shared spaces when everyone wants to be together. Beautiful property with amenities as listed.

Table Rock Lake Vacation
Took our annual lake trip to Table Rock and this property hit all the check marks for a group of 10 adults. King beds in 5 bedrooms at this price point is a rare find. It was a very short drive to state park marina from the very quite family friendly neighborhood the house sits in. Scott was very easy to work with and timely with communication.

Great Location; Beautiful home
This was a great location. It was close enough to all the great attractions in and around Branson while being secluded enough we didn’t have to deal with big crowds and traffic.
The home was clean and spacious. The pool was a nice getaway when we needed a break from shows and attractions. We loved having a back deck with a grill. We have family with food allergies so we ate most of our meals at our vacation property. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent space for large family
We really enjoyed our stay in this home. We had 11 people and had plenty of space for everyone! This was a family reunion trip and we all made memories we will cherish forever. The living area is wonderful and open for everyone to be together. The kitchen table is huge with lots of chairs. The kids loved the upstairs open game area. Communication with the owner was instantaneous and helpful. We needed more paper towels and toilet paper and they were delivered within the hour. An excellent rental.

Excellent home
It’s so many wonderful this I could say about this home and the owner. There was plenty of space for my huge family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very sweet and responded quickly with any questions we had. We have been going on family vacations for 7 years now and this was by far the best one yet… The beds slept excellent. The bathrooms were very nice with a new modern look. We will definitely be booking again.

This home was EVERYTHING!
The entire experience from booking, checking in, to enjoying our days there and checking out was above and beyond what we expected! The home is a beautiful, well decorated home that includes everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware to prepare meals. There were card and board games and also video games to play. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was basically home away from home because the owners thought of everything you may need and stocked it in the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will be back soon.

Fantastic weekend
This property was so amazing they had everything you needed all you had to do was show up for your stay. I have never seen a vacation home set up like this one. My family enjoyed every second of this house and we didn't want to leave it. The host was phenomenal and very helpful and prompt when I needed anything. I would stay here every time I go to Branson if I could.

Perfect Location for Mini Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place for a small getaway to Branson during Spring Break. The location was perfect for all the attractions we wanted to hit and the perfect size for the family and guests. The kids had plenty to do and available items to keep them entertained. We loved staying here! It was the perfect layout for our extended family vacation. We only had three couples and three kids but easily could have had more! The place was clean and looked exactly as advertised. It wasn’t too far from all the activities in Branson! We would definitely book here again!
