Ryan is an excellent host and his space is amazing. It is walking distance to the pier and many of the shops and restaurants. The house was super clean, well stocked, and up to date. Plenty of room for everyone. The porches were the perfect place to enjoy the evening. The pool was warm despite 50 degree nights. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

St Simon’s Island is our favorite spot as a family! We try to visit at least once a year. This house is probably our favorite so far! There’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The porches over looking the lagoon are incredible! The kitchen isn’t lacking, plenty of pots, pans and dishes which are of great quality. The location is perfect, we walked to the village every day. We would most definitely love to stay here again!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The house is spacious and comfortable! There was plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 3 kids! We loved the porch and pool area overlooking the pond! Great location!

Traveling with little ones is never easy, but this house had it all and settling in a breeze. The house has a great open layout for managing little ones, the pool is a perfect size for lounging around, incredibly short walk to restaurants (and ice cream), and easy access to public beaches. You truly couldn't ask for a better setup for a vacation with the family.

We all agreed that the property was everything we hoped it would be. The household was used extensively along with the screened-in deck and pool area. The location is walking distance to the town (pier, shops, restaurants, etc.) and yet private enough to enjoy the wildlife in back. The master suite was a highlight and the large bathroom did get a lot of attention by all. We did experience minor issues with towels, the upstairs refrigerator, and downstairs ice freezer. Yet, Connor was very responsive to our needs during the week and took care of everything promptly.

This luxury home is ideal for close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The lagoon is so scenic. Our kids loved seeing the turtles, egrets and other wildlife. The layout downstairs was wonderful. There was plenty of room all over for our party of 11. One minor problem was the upstairs bed in the study. It was almost as if it were a set of box springs with a mat-like topper. However, we expressed concerns about its comfort, and the property manager immediately addressed it. Also the upstairs master bed had a support leg collapse. It was quickly replaced. A plus was the kitchen. I’ve never visited such a well-stocked one. Anything and everything we could have needed was available.

What a great house for our annual family vacation! We are a close family, but not close enough to want to share bathrooms. This home worked out perfect. We loved being near all the action on St. Simons., we were a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We are already looking forward to next year's visit.

Ryan was the best with the check in process! The house supplied anything you can think of for the kitchen, and even hairdryers in the bathrooms! Great weekend with friends and made friends with the neighbors!

This property was perfect for our first annual sibling reunion. The tranquil view from the large screened back porch was the setting for much reminiscing and laughter.

We really enjoyed our trip to St. Simons and this home made it that much more enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful, well stocked and everybody had their own space which was great for multiple families and kids. It's a quick walk to the village and easy bike ride or run to everywhere else. Only thing was not made aware of how to heat the pool or additional cost if any and now that it is getting cooler, that is a must. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was very nice, clean, and has everything you need for a ST Simons vacation. Perfect for a large family or group.

1st impressed soon as we walked in. Very clean, modern features. Spacious open concept. Absolutely loved the back yard, pond, pool, banana tree,. Felt like we were on a private island, even tho other homes were around us, this property had best view! Kitchen was perfect! Even though short walk to shops and pier, swimming at beach little longer walk or quick 3-5 min drive. All the people seems friendly & laid back..Would def stay again! Property Manager was super! Quick response, and helpful.

This property is new and absolutely beautiful. The floor plan lends itself to comfort for any type of group configuration. The house is on the water where you can see tiny gators and amazing birds - but you can walk to the pier where all the shopping and restaurants are. You can take a bike literally to anywhere on the island. Wonderful trip - HIGHLY recommend.

Our family loved this property! It was great to be within walking distance to the village for dining and shopping. We drove to the beach and relaxed in the pool afterwards. The home is beautiful, well furnished and has a lot of upgrades and special touches. Ryan, the property manager, was easy to contact and responded quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

The home was beautiful and spacious and accommodated 3 families. Our kids loved having their own private pool and spent a lot of time swimming. We were only 2 blocks from the main strip of shops and restaurants. It was great because we could just walk where we wanted to go. One of our favorite memories was playing bingo on the beautiful hand made table on the screened in porch! St Simon Island has such a great relaxing vibe! We will definitely return! After promising the kids a getaway post- covid, we decided to combine our vacation with an 80th birthday and family reunion. If you like to cook, the house was well stocked. The bedrooms were large, clean and have great mattresses and linens. The floor plan was well laid out and bedrooms were well situated for privacy. There is one bedroom with a private bath on the first level that is great for the elderly. If you like music you may want to bring a blue tooth speaker. We especially appreciated the pool and the lagoon as the upstairs and downstairs screened in porches allowed for wildlife observation, including the Blue Heron catfish hunter, a raccoon family, turtles and plenty of lizards. We also ate most of our meals out there. The owner was very responsive to questions and recommendations. We had a great time fishing with Captain Brooks. (owner recommendation) We rented bikes and enjoyed sightseeing and riding about 10 minutes to East Beach which was huge with great sand. We did a lot of cooking but a highlight was Fiddlers Restaurant which had a great staff, food and was very scenic. Finally, the location was in a great spot for shops, breakfast spots and the Lighthouse. We would definitely return as the house was pretty much brand new but with a charm as to make it feel like a home away from home.

Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, plenty of supplies, beach chairs. The bedroom upstairs with twin beds actually has trundles as well so could sleep up to 6. It was the perfect room for our boys. The only thing that could have made the house any better would be TVs in the other bedrooms, a keurig and a rack or hooks to hang wet items on porch near pool. The 2 TVs that are there are smart TVs which was great for being able to login to Netflix, etc for kids. We loved the porches at this house!!! Having the pool right off the porch was great for being able to oversee the kids. There is also a window in living room that looks straight out to the pool which helped. When we first arrived we noticed several carpet stains. 1 on the runner coming in front door and several in bedrooms. The large chair and couch in front sitting room also are stained. We contacted Ryan to let him know and he couldn’t have been nicer. We were told that they were aware and are planning to tear out the carpets, etc. These things were minor and didn’t effect our stay. We contacted him only to make him aware that we had not caused the issues. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house to any family or even couples for a long weekend!

Great brand new vacation home big enough for the whole family. We have 4 teenage sons and they each want their own bedroom, so this 5 bedroom house was a great fit! Lots of birds, fish and turtles to watch in the lagoon. Perfect location to walk to the restaurants and pier. We night fished off the pier, spent time on the beach, played in the pool, rode beach cruisers all over the island, Toured the Okefenokee Nature Preserve ($28 for 90 min boat tour), and dined at several local restaurants. The location can’t be beat. We’ll be back!

He remained in steady communication throughout the weekend and let us know he was merely a phone call or text message away. In conclusion, we have nothing negative to say about this property or Ryan as both were spectacular. I see this rental being one of the hottest properties on SSI for the foreseeable future.
