This home proved to be an ideal choice for a family or a large group seeking accommodation close to the lively surroundings while tucked away in a charming local neighborhood. The pool was an absolute gem, providing a refreshing oasis, and the overall quality of the amenities exceeded our expectations, with all the necessary accessories readily available. An unexpected bonus was the inclusion of beach chairs, which turned out to be a real game-changer, enhancing our daily outings and making our beach trips even more enjoyable. However, a word of caution: it's important to read the property description thoroughly. I, regrettably, misinterpreted it and expected five full bathrooms, but the accurate description clearly states 3.5 baths. Despite my oversight, we managed just fine and had an incredible time. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this home for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable retreat near all the action.

This house is a must. The location is wonderful. A few minutes walk to the beach, shopping, grocery and restaurants. The house was perfect. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. Best beds we have ever slept in, including our own. Was lucky to meet Rob out on a walk. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect. And it was! We will definitely be back!

Finding this property for our girls' trip was very lucky. Communication from the host was great prior to our trip and helped us to feel secure and informed. Once we arrived, the house was absolutely spotless - we were very impressed with the cleanliness. Every detail was exactly as depicted in the photos. There was one minor maintenance issue, but we messaged the host and it was completely resolved within an hour. The location is great - we walked to the beach and shopping in Palm Beach. It is a short trip to wonderful snorkeling locations in beaches north. The house also had all the things we needed - portable chairs, floats and snorkeling gear. Thank you Nadine and Rob - we will definitely stay her again on our next trip to Aruba.

The house was awesome and fit our family of 10 perfectly! It was also in an ideal location with everything within walking distance. The hosts were very accommodating when we had to change the dates of our stay at the last minute due to airline issues. We would highly recommend and will be returning. Thanks Rob & Nadine!

This home was perfect for our vacation. We had 8 people and fit everyone perfectly! Location was great, we walked everywhere and if we needed a cab was very easy to get! Owners were very responsive!/accomodating!

We were so happy with our stay at Palm Beach! The house is such a quick walk to lots of restaurants and the beach, probably about 8 minutes maximum. We felt safe enough to let our teenagers go off in groups of two around the neighborhood too. Everyone was just so friendly. The house was amazing. The pool was so refreshing after a hot day to cool off before we went back out at night! The pool also has lights at night so that was a lot of fun. It was an incredible space and we can’t wait to visit again and stay here!

This house was absolutely beautiful and provided everything we could possibly need. Nadine and Robert made it easy to communicate and answered any questions promptly. We found walking paths that made it easy to get to and from the beach/casino area and the beach wagon was key. I would definitely stay again in the future. This house and setup was perfect for our large group and allowed us to pack lighter by not having to pack towels, any beach items or pool toys. Such a memorable trip, thank you!

This house is exactly as listed, it's clean and beautiful. It has everything you need and then some. The pool was awesome. The ping pong table and games were fun to enjoy. We enjoyed the location and the short walk to restaurants and the beach. There are two grocery stores in walking distance. Communication with the hosts was great, got back to me very quickly when I had questions. My friends and I were looking for a place that we could come back to. For now it's an adult only vacation but in the future would also be a great place to bring the kids. We have found it, the perfect home to come back to year after year for our annual Aruba trip. Thank you so much! Can't wait to come back next year. :)

This property was amazing for our 2 family vacation. Comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen and lots of beach items. The property manager was communicative and great to work with. Location was ideal for all our excursions. Highly recommend!

Stayed for my daughter’s 16th birthday! The house was perfect!! The owner was so accommodating the home is absolutely beautiful!! CLEAN!! everything we needed was there!! Location was perfect so close to everything!! Plenty of space I can’t say enough we LOVED IT!!

Great Place! Location is walking distance to beach , multiple restaurants and shops. The house was well layed out, great outdoor space, plenty of fun activities, good shade, lots of extras like beach chairs, coolers, rafts. We had a blast !

The house was fully stocked with the smallest of details included. The pool was a definite plus. We were walking distance to everything in the Palm Beach area. The location was the BEST!!! Would happily return to this beautiful home. Pristinely clean and comfortable. We loved the house and using the pool and backyard. Convenient to shops, restaurants, beaches and hotels. Easy to communicate with the owners. Can't say enough about how wonderful it was to stay at this home. They thought of everything, beach chairs, beach games and towels. The house was fully equipped and beautifully decorated. We all just loved it! We highly recommend it.

My family and I (9 people) had a great time staying at Rob & Nadine's home!!! House highlights; Enough seating for everyone both inside and out! Décor is perfectly beachy :) High-rise area location! Close to Eagle Beach! Grocery store close buy! Beach equipment included! Bedroom sizes and beds! There are so many great things to speak about regarding this property. The communication with the hosts was amazing! I have yet to meet such hospitable hosts until now. They set standards for owners for both qualities of the home and communication. Thanks for making our family vacation so special. We will be sure to rent form you again in the future!

The house was super clean, and set up perfectly for our large family. We had a total of 10 of us and there were plenty of chairs and beach towels for everyone. The house was located within walking distance to the downtown area that had beach access and tons of restaurants and shops! The pool had floats and loungers around it, as well as a basketball hoop that gave the kids hours of entertainment. We rented jeeps as well and explored some beaches that Nadine suggested about 5-10min down the road and they were beautiful! We will for sure be returning to Aruba in the future, we had a perfect stay here and could not have asked for anything more!

We have been to Aruba several times . We have been fortunate to always have amazing houses . This house was beyond amazing . Everything was thought of for our comfort inside this lovely home as well as beach outings . We will definitely be back . Highly recommended . Host was excellent in every way .

The host was very easy to coordinate with and everything about the property was great. communication. I woke up to a "Hello" and left with a "Good bye and Have a safe flight" back to the states. Absolutely amazing. So glad I chose this home. It's beautiful. Communication with Rob, Nadine, and Juan was a breeze. They were very responsive. No message went unanswered, nor was there a long wait time for a response. The property was even better than the pictures display. Super spacious, no ones on top of each other. It's clean, the furniture is comfortable. The layout just flows like the beautiful breeze on the island. The beds are just right. Not too soft and not too hard. The perfect place to retire to after a long day of excursions. Adequate space to store your clothes. We didn't do much cooking as we ate out a lot but everything we needed was there. The location was very convenient. We even found a shortcut to get to the main strip. We were there in a blink of an eye. Any excussions you do, you can opt to get picked up at the Holiday Inn as it is pretty much right in front of the property. My traveling party was very impressed with my find. They loved it. I had not one complaint from anyone. It was 7 of us! Women at that. I would definitely come back and recommend Summer Wind Luxury Villa to others! Just know you won't regret it. (This is not a paid review, I really really enjoyed the property lol) Rob and Nadine absolutely deserve the "Super Host" title!

If you are reading this review because you think this house looks great, stop reading, request to book and then come back to read the rest of my long-winded review. The house and all of its contents are new and we were the first renters(May 2021). The property management folks from oceanhillproperties.com (Rob) and the on-island manager (Juan) have carefully outfitted the house with everything you need and are extremely responsive if there are issues or questions. The location is ideal - 3 to 5 minutes walk to beach, best snorkeling beaches less than 5 minutes by car, tons of walking distance restaurants and shopping. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in period. The pool is way larger than it looks in the pictures because the backyard oasis is so large. There is air-conditioning everywhere in the house but when you open the doors to the pool area the entire first floor is cool and you can move freely between the well-stock kitchen, powder room and dining/living areas of the first floor to jump in the extremely private pool or to lounge in sun or shade with many seating options. Dinnertime corn hole, ping pong or chess are a delight and steps from the full size kitchen or outside bar with barbecue. The TVs are there if that's your jam as is very fast internet but don't forget to catch the incredible sunset from the front balcony or the pool lit up at night from the other side. There are no negatives to this property and I look forward to a planned return trip.

I’m so happy we decided to choose this home. It’s was just beautiful, so modern, spacious and clean. We loved playing basketball in the pool and staying up late playing ping ping. The location was better then I expected. We rented a car but hardly used it as we enjoyed the walk over to the restaurants in the evening. We are already talking about our next stay. Rob and Nadine were great hosts.
