Christie was amazing and accommodating, a great host. Condo was spotless and came with everything you could want. Highly recommend!

Communication was amazing from the start and getting in was a breeze! We loved we could walk to so many places feeling involved but so nice to head back to condo and get a break of it all. The pool was empty just about every time we went and the beach wasn’t too crowded the whole week! Although, we did bring our own beach toys, tent and such - they had so many beach accessories to use as well as towels. Loved the washer and dryer was right there! We can’t wait to book another stay here!

Overall we rate this property excellent. It was very quite here and the condo served us well. We were able to make day trips in the Tampa area to visit sites. The condo management was very responsive. They even made a special trip to resolve our need to receive US mail at the site. The community is unique in that many of the businesses are small family owned. We would definitely return to this condo.

This place is amazing. The condo is beautiful plus there are so many beach towels and supplies, a beach umbrella large enough for two people, sand buckets and shovels, pool noodles, kick boards, 4 or 5 beach chairs and now a pair of goggles and really nice inflatable lounge chair that I left behind because I couldn't get it back in my suitcase plus and a wagon to drag it all to the beach. The beach is gorgeous and, since it is a private beach, it is not very crowded. The path to the beach is just behind the swimming pool and there is a shower you can use to get the sand off of the beach stuff and yourself. If that wasn't enough Christy made a binder that has information on the activities and restaurants in the area. We are definitely coming back for another stay!!!

Great place to stay. They have everything you need for the beach, towels, sand toys, beach bag, cooler, chairs, and an umbrella. The walk to the beach was easy. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

This place was FANTASTIC! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The condo was as described and had everything needed for a beach vacation. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and its a short drive to Clearwater and other areas. Our daughters had a blast as well. I would highly recommend and cant wait to visit again.

The condo was beautiful...very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was the perfect place to spend our vacation. Christy was amazing to work with. She was very responsive and helpful. We can't wait to stay there again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay in Christy’s condo. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped with everything you may need! The condo is quiet and there is a view of the walking path and ocean from the balcony. The walk to the beach is short and there is a beach stroller included to make bringing all of your belongings to the beach very easy. The sand is very soft and the ocean was very warm and crystal clear. We never used the pool, but it looked clean and nice. Indian Rocks is a great little town with lots of restaurants and shops that are all within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

The condo was easy to access, parking right by elevator and numeric key pad for entry. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you would need. Plenty of towels, blankets beach supplies and kitchen fully stocked. We loved the short walk to the beach and pool. We love IRB area and this condo was in the perfect spot! Christy was very helpful and had a bottle of wine waiting for us. We will stay here again!! Thank you!

We stayed for the month of February, and it was fantastic. The condo has a pool, steps to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

My husband and I spent the last 18 days in this condo.It is very nice ,well furnished,clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking tools and utensils we needed to prepare our meals there instead of having to eat out much. Christy was exceptionally nice to work with and her husband made a speciall trip to the condo to make sure the TV was programmed for the right channels so that my husband would not miss any of the NFL playoff games.Everything went well with our stay there and anyone looking fr a very nice place to stay for a reasonable price I would highly recommend this condo.

The proximity and ease of walking to the beach and nearby restaurants was fantastic. The property itself was very nice (spacious, comfy beds, heated pool) and the property owner was just a phone call/text away!

We had such a great stay! Christy’s place is so nice, right in the middle of everything there is to do in IRB and a short ride down the beach from Clearwater to treasure island. She checked in on us several times to make sure we had what we needed, and was available to answer questions. 10/10 find. :)

Me and my kiddos loved this condo. It was so clean and spacious. It was fully equipped with everything you need. Perfect spot off the beach and quick easy access to the pool. Christy was super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this spot.

The condo was exactly as represented and fully equipped including beach chairs and umbrellas. The location turned out to be perfect. No public access and in the narrows there is only water across the street so the beach was sparsely populated. We were walking distance to restaurants and activities and only 3 miles from a grocery store. As stated in the description it has a partial view of the ocean which means you don’t get blasted at sundown. But it’s proximity to the beach also allows for a very short maybe 30 yard walk to the ocean to see the sunset which we did every evening. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. My whole family agreed this is definitely a place we would stay again.

This property is exactly as listed! Clean, comfortable, and easy access to a beautiful crowd free beach! Christy made our check-in/check-out very smooth and responded to messages almost immediately. Everything about this condo and our stay was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Property was very clean. Property owner was very responsive and kind. She graciously assisted us with our initial entry despite the late hour of our arrival. Property was within walking distance of several restaurants and little shops. The beach access was ideal.

Loved our stay here. The condo is just as it appears in the photos, if anything better in person. The beach was not crowded and a good amount of restaurants in the area. We are definitely coming back. Christy was awesome. She reached out to confirm all was good and emailed us a list of things to do in the area. Loved Indian Rock Beach!

We had a great month at Searentity Sands. The unit is modern, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. You can see the beach from the unit. Bars, restaurants, shops and the beach are all within a short walk. Christy and Adam are great hosts. Hope to be back next year!

My family and I booked a month-long stay at this property six months in advance. We thought the price ($6,000+) while a lot was worth having both the pool and beach within footsteps. We have a high-needs toddler with sensory issues and we both work from home so convenience was key. We also knew that we would be staying over the holiday and family would be near and could join us at the beach or poolside during our stay. Our first of a series of disappointments was to find the pool was under heavy construction and would not be available for all but the last three days of our month-long stay. Not only did we not have access to the pool, which we specifically booked this property for, but the construction blocked our path to the beach and eliminated the area to clean our feet and other beach items. This was particularly important with our high-needs toddler. We were instructed to cut through a neighboring property and later found we did not actually have permission to do so by residents of that property, including some uncomfortable interactions. Most surprising was when we met other residents of the building we were staying we found that the construction had been planned for a year and the other property owners decided to NOT rent during this period because of this. Finally, the owner of the property agreed to a refund, then gave us less than agreed and did not respond after any further communication. They misled us several times during our stay. This property was also not fully cleaned and we paid for a professional cleaner to clean over the course of our stay. On top of all this, the dishwasher did not work properly and we had to hand clean all the dishes. If you like this area, I suggest a different property in the same building that has some wonderful owners.

We had a very easy check-in and great communication with our host. The pictures of the condo were accurate and it truly was just steps from the ocean. I loved watching the ocean every day especially as I was doing the dishes. It was an absolute treat! The other residents in the building we’re very kind and gracious as well. It was a very lovely visit.

Christy was unbelievably helpful and accommodating!!!! Her condo is beautifully decorated and every room is even more spacious than the pictures!! The beach is gorgeous, safe and private. Christy had so many amenities in her place...numerous beach chairs, toys, games, towels, blankets and kitchen and bathroom supplies. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and I have never worked with a more thoughtful owner/property manager than Christy! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!
