The location was excellent l, it was very comfortable and a great base for exploring the lake and wider area..

Bien placé, calme, fonctionnel et Mario notre hôte était très sympathique et de très bon conseil. La vue sur le lac du petit balcon est superbe. L’appartement est à 15min à pied du bateau, très pratique. Je recommande cet appartement pour ceux qui veulent passer un petit séjour à Tremezzo.

Le lit était un peu mou mais nous avons pu trouver une solution à cela.

Mario the host was by far the best!! We had our elderly mum with us that couldn't walk hills and Mario didn't hesitate but pick mum up in his car to take her to town. For us however we enjoyed the 10 minute walk to water taxi. The apartment is perfect overlooking Lake Como. There is a pizzeria and restaurant close by....fabulous food! Enjoy your stay we certainly did!

The apartment is in a beautiful location, a short walk down to the lake, a few restaurants, ice-cream, pharmacy, and the ferry crossing to Ballagio. We also had hours of fun in the pool, which, despite it being a shared pool, was very quiet, and we often had it to ourselves. Mario is a very attentative host, he checked in on us, and when I told him my son developed a painful rash on his thighs, he talked to his dr friend at the pharmacy and immediately took us there.

The owner Mario was excellent, he advised us trips around the area, shared all needed infos. Apartment was clean, well equipped. Big advantage was washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment. The view on the lake for amazing. Thanks Mario :).

Mario was the best host I have ever met in my entire life. He was always ready to go far and beyond for us, and gave us very solid advices about the attractions in Lake Como. The apartment was a bit far from the Tremezzo ferry station, but Mario greeted us and helped us get there by his car. If you want to try some authentic local cusine, you have to ask Mario. You should also download the Whatsapp app and message him directly, and he will answer any questions that you have. As for the apartment itself, Mario had kept it squeaky clean. He even prepared a collection of tea bags and an espresso machine, so that you can enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains from the apartment balcony. The bed was nice and comfy, and the whole place was kept quite cool even though it was burning hot outside. There is also a clean swimming pool outside. For us, staying in Tremezzo for our lake Como trip was the right choice, as Tremezzo tends to be more peaceful than other places like Bellagio or Como. It felt more authentic.

The apartment was in mint condition and very orderly and clean. It was very cozy and we always felt at home and safe there.

The location of the property meant that without a car it was difficult to go out @ night given the narrow roads. Would recommend a car if staying here.
