We took time as a family to get away for a couple of days. This property was perfect for our needs. The game area was delightful, the hot tub was a hit, and the sound system added fun energy to our time. The kitchen really was the heart of our trip. It was well stocked for our needs. We made a four course meal and had everything we needed to pull this off. The kitchen bar worked perfectly for our painting activity. There were plenty of places for our family to enjoy time together.

This house was one of our favorites in Brian head. We love how you can see the ski lift from the house. Having the game room for the kids was a blast and the hot tub was wonderful after a long day on the slopes. We love how clean and tidy the house was and the huge windows made for a gorgeous view. We will definitely be coming back again! ❄️

This property is amazing! Walking distance to Giant Steps Express, gorgeous Mountain views, and the loft is stacked with activities while you recover from an exhausting day in the powder. I regret not taking more time off to stay and enjoy the property and ski a few more days.

Came to town for the Cedar Breaks Night Half Marathon. Condo was in a perfect spot to walk to the race and to be able to walk to restaurants and the general store. Condo is fully furnished with everything you could ever need including Ms. Pac Man! Highly recommend this condo!

Awesome property that provided all the best accommodations for guests! The location in the town was perfect and the game room loft was a perfect night time hangout. The checkin process was great and having a point of contact during our entire stay was reassuring. Would highly recommend!

This place was great! It was beautiful, clean and well stocked. It has alot of fun games like shuffle board, pool table and board games that our family enjoyed. My only complaint is the jacuzzi tub. We were so excited to use it but it was barely warm! It won’t let you increase the temperature. My two older kids got in but the rest of us passed. We didn’t want to sit in a barely warm jacuzzi. Everything else was great though. It was a fun trip. We had a memorable time!

Snowballer Suite exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do it justice and the small details put this place over the top. Brian Head is a great central location to be able to visit Bryce and Zion. There were also plenty of summer activities to do right at the resort.

This place was perfect for our family's stay. It was super clean, comfortable, and in a great location! Rented a razor and had some great fishing as well. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and game room at the end of each day. Amazing interior, very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We loved this place with a game room and well stocked kitchen. The hot tub is on an enclosed deck which is perfect in any weather. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. It was in between Zion and Bryce Canyon. There are things to do in Brian Head as well. We rented a razor and expored mountain trails in May. Overall great experience!

The owner was also available to text with questions and the property location was perfect. Place was beautiful and perfect for a family

This property has everything you need for a great vacation - hot tub, grill, games, and within walking distance of Giant Steps ski lift. Zero complaints from our group, we had one request to the owner/manager, and it was granted without any issues. We will hopefully be back to stay in this property very soon!

We have stayed in eight different units in the Lofts complex and this is by far the best. Everything about it was perfect for what we needed. The only complaint we might have is the TV service provider. It is old and doesn't carry some channels. We ended up plugging in our laptop and using our services that way. The fact that there are six TV is awesome but they just need to update the service. Besides this everything was great and we look forward to staying here again.

2 story home with an awesome game room, fully stocked kitchen, just across the street from Giant Steps Ski lift.

My girls and I were due for a girls getaway! We found the perfect home. Everything you need in one space . From the games, to the bar, jacuzzi, plenty of sleeping area, beautiful kitchen , updated luxurious home. I loved everything about it , not to mention the view was spectacular! I literally want to pick up this home and move it to Vegas!!! Tracie, the owner was very helpful and easy to get a hold of as well . We went the first week of December, so unfortunately there was not much snow . We were bummed we couldn’t enjoy the snow more but overall we all had a great time in the house. I would definitely love to bring my family back ! Thank you sooo much Tracie for letting us stay in your beautiful home !

My family had such a great time in this incredible property. The view of the mountains as well as the amazing amenities of the property make this a place a must stay during our next trip to Brian Head.

Great stay overall, condo is very modern and luxurious. A few minor things worth knowing about: - there are two flights of stairs from the garage where you'll park your car to the entrance of the condo (which is on the 3rd floor). We had a lot of luggage so that was a bit inconvenient (had to do 6 trips back and forth both when checking in and checking out and with heavy luggage it's not for everyone). - the condo has very high ceiling so it took very long to heat it up and we were cold for 4 hours before the downstairs area got comfortable. - there is only one heat setting for the entire condo and the heat rises up so the master bedroom upstairs get very hot while the downstairs is on the cold side. Owner recommends cracking a window open upstairs but then I was awakened by garbage trucks at 6 am, which wasn't ideal. - Price seems a bit high given that this was the off season and the ski station was closed (so there really wasn't much to do and most places were closed). But overall the place was very nice and the game room upstairs is a lot of fun. It's definitely a high-end condo with very nice features.

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time at this incredibly beautiful condo! It is perfectly located for Brian Head activities, and has all the amenities you could want. We will most definitely be back.

This place has it all, lots to see and do in and around the property, all within walking distance. The condo is a mazing and if its cold, snowing, or raining lots to do inside as well, pool table, spa, shuffle board, or just relax and enjoy the awesome view of the mountains form the comfort of your living room.

We loved our time here. High end/beautiful finishes.... very easy to communicate with owners.... hot tub issue resolved immediately.... super fun game room! We hope to return....

This place was amazing and in a great location. The amenities were beyond my expectations. Everything was labeled and organized. It was a great stay. The only thing was the jacuzzi chemicals were extremely strong and caused us to cough. We also had issues with the jacuzzi temp being hot enough but the owner was easy to contact and the temp was fixed although we didn’t get to enjoy the jacuzzi on our last night there which was a bummer It was hard to enjoy anyway with the strong chemical smell too. Overall this is a beautiful property.

This property was so much fun! The loft with all the games was what made this property worth it. We had a few setbacks when we first got there, but the owner was very responsive. If you are going to rent this place in the summer, just know that there is no air conditioning. There are fans that help circulate the air, but with the hot weather we have been having, the fans weren't enough...especially for the upstairs bedroom. Other than that, the place was absolutely amazing. It was in a quiet little complex with restaurants, stores, and activities right across the street. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in when we first opened it, but the owner sent someone right away to service it when I told her about it. After that, it was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again, maybe just not in a heat wave. :)

The property is perfectly located in Brianhead. The property has every possible amenity,beautifully appointed and very clean! I asked the owner if he was a contractor or interior decorator because of how beautifully decorated and built the property was. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi,pool table,shuffleboard,multi throwback video game console,dart board as well as a dozens of board games. We didn't need to bring a single cooking appliance as the kitchen was stocked with every small appliance you would need as well three different types of coffee makers. One could not leave the property and still have an excellent vacation. The owners were very helpful and easily accessible and were willing to help with any problems we never encountered. We wished we had found this property earlier in the year for previous vacation. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who has a fun-seeking family and excellent taste!

We booked this for a quite weekend away in the mountains. The loft is beautiful! The amenities were great. The worst thing was getting up and having to leave. Would definitely book again.
