The cleanliness and quiet

There was only one roll of toilet paper. The bathroom had water damage from the upstairs unit which I would assume was triggering my allergies. The towels smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. The satellite dish was causing ongoing flickering on the tv so you couldn’t watch the television.

Service was the worst I had in 20 years. Broken thermostat, broken smoke detector, no Air conditioning in the south in summer which im pretty sure is a war crime. Called the provided number and the first person created a ticket and said they may come and fix the issues at some point. When night came and it was too hot to sleep I figured I would open the windows but there was no screens so I didn't want to be a bug pin cushion. Called back and the phone disconnected 3x, they offered to text which I explained my issues and was told there is no ac so no one will come and fix the issues I would not be refunded and can not be moved to a functional unit. I don't know about you but I go on vacation to get away from calling 800 numbers and babysitting people that are incapable of doing their job. We will never stay at a Vasca property again.

Loved the apartment. It was comfortable and had a great view. Best part is it was peaceful. I barely heard any outside noise

Small but comfortable. Exactly as stated. Close to ski, close to groceries.

Nothing

The view of the wetlands habitat was nice. The 1st floor location meant no steps and the grocery store was within walking distance.

The unit is quite small and the bedroom only has a queen size bed against the wall in one side. The bedroom really doesn’t sleep 2 people comfortably so we used the sleeper sofa which was surprisingly comfortable. The bunk beds in the hall can only fit small children as they seem narrower than twin size.

Love that it’s close to the ski slopes!

The location was great since we had a rental car. Although there is a free shuttle service that’s great too. The decor was nice and it’s clear they did their best to update an old property. Also liked that the kitchen had all the utensils and equipment one could need.

All but one of the pots and pans had scratched and chipping Teflon which is super-unhealthy. The toilet paper and bed sheets were super-scratchy and unpleasant. All of the stools and chairs were wobbly and the bathtub really needs to be recoated.
