Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cette magnifique villa où nous avons réalisé notre mariage.. un décor de rêve en bord de mer avec une vue imprenable, une décoration et un agencement soignés et plein de charme.. Rien ne pouvait être plus parfait comme lieu pour le plus beau jour de notre vie.. la propriétaire est entièrement disponible pour ses locataires et a fait son maximum pour que nous passions un agréable moment... Le temps s'est arrêté pour nous le temps d'une semaine..

C’est la deuxième année de suite à la Sirène et ce ne sera pas la dernière! La maison est vraiment grandiose et pratique. Tout y est ! La propriétaire, Sandra Cottrell est très disponible et mets un point d’honneur à la réussite des vacances de ses clients... Mieux encore en vrai que sur les photos, cette maison est entretenue de manière impeccable et des améliorations y sont apportées d’années en années. Réservez sans hésiter !

La villa « la sirène du Diamant » est magnifique ! Les chambres sont grandes, climatisées, les pièces sont bien agencées et la décoration intérieure et extérieure est réalisée avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. La cuisine est neuve et très bien conçue et les équipements sont de qualité ! La propriétaire, Sandra, se rend disponible à tout moment et donne son temps sans compter ! Ses conseils sur l'île, ses propositions (poisson et langouste directement du pêcheur à un prix imbattable !) ont été pour nous précieux. Sans aucun doute, nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ou à conseiller cette villa à nos amis.

This house is just amazing! We spent 3 weeks in Martinique, 10 days here. This was by far the best location, nicest house and Sandra is beyond wonderful. The first part of our vacation had 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children. There was room for everyone. The house is within walking distance (under 10 minutes) to the grocery store, the fabulous bakery and many restaurants. From the moment you book Sandra makes you feel welcome and takes care of your needs and wants. She checks on you while there, she leaves you wanting nothing. Probablement une des plus belle propriété de l’ile! Un vue à couper le souffle, accès direct à la plage, des prestations de luxe a un prix imbattable. La propriétaire , mme Cottrell se démène pour rendre notre séjour parfait et subvenir à tous nos besoin. Literie de bonne qualité, propreté irréprochable, grande cuisine équipée, clim silencieuse... bref probablement impossible de trouver mieux!!!

Very well equipped house, and spacious. We were 12; and had ample room. Very clean, and the owners were always available if we had questions as well as offered suggestions for meals and outings. Would definitely recommended and would return.

Joli maison très bien soignée et conforme aux photos du site. Idéalement située pour profiter de la mer et du sud de la Martinique. Mme Cottrell est très disponible pour échanger avant et pendant notre séjour. Nous avons adoré la piscine (les enfants surtout), de pouvoir nous baigner au réveil et à n’importe quel moment de la journée par l’acces direct à la plage. La grande terrasse couverte est agréable pour tous les repas. Je recommande vivement cette belle maison.

Bercés par le murmure des vagues, rafraîchis par les alizés, séduits par le lever de soleil sur le Rocher du Diamant, on ne peut qu'apprécier les charmes de la villa Sirène. Situation idéale les pieds dans l'eau et à deux pas du village par la plage. Ajouter à cela le confort et la déco maritime soignée de la villa et sont réunis tous les ingrédients de la recette pour réussir ses vacances. Ce qui fut notre cas, tribu familiale de 14 membres. Enfin, les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et fort sympathiques.

We would start our days with a short walk to the Patisserie and purchase croissants, baguette and a mix of delightful pastries for the day. A short distance further was a full- service grocery store that provided us with our food needs and excellent French Wine at a reasonable price. If we didn't want to eat supper at home within walking distance are several nice restaurants with a range of excellent French food choices. Sandra, our host, also was very generous in sharing information about places to visit and where to go for things like snorkeling, scuba diving, special tourist trips such as the rum factory . However, we found that our group had little desire to do other things other than enjoy the daily pleasures of La Diamant. As soon as we returned home our group agreed to book more time in 2018. We are already looking forward to our next trip to La Diamant.

Nous avons été très heureux de passer nos vacances en famille au mois d'août à la sirène du diamant qui porte bien son nom! La maison est très agréable avec des chambres spacieuses et personnalisées climatisées avec de grandes salles de bain Le salon avec ses couleurs vives et sa decoration marine(coquillages maquettes de vieux bateaux ,gravures) est vaste et confortable. Quant à la cuisine elle est très bien équipée. Le positionnement de cette maison est tout simplement magique.une vue imprenable sur la mer et la plage du diamant et son fameux Rocher.la mer est peu agitée et permet de longues baignades. Elle possède une grande terrasse idéale pour les petits déjeuners accompagnés des petits colibris ou les dîners autour d'une grande table familiale. La pelouse moelleuse et la piscine toujours face à la mer est un régal. Il y a des coins charmants pour se reposer comme la "petite plage privée" ou le carbet avec sa petite brise rafraîchissante pour prendre son café ou siroter les fameux punchs. Les propriétaires sont adorables et accueillants et très attentifs à notre bien etre.le site internet est bien fait donc aucune surprise et de ce fait la maison nous est déjà familière on s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise. Notre séjour est passé trop vite et je recommande fortement la sirène du diamant pour laquelle nous avons eu un coup de cœur!

We were excited to hear that Norwegian Air started nonstop flights from Baltimore to Martinique. After a fabulous flight, we arrived to this beautiful house. The owner, Sandra, is so lovely. She met us at the house and had picked up dinner for us from a local restaurant. She also took the time to give us the inside scoop for where to go for our week in Martinique. The house was a perfect set-up. Two bedrooms on one side of the house and three on the other. Great for a bit of division between the adults and kids or two families. There are several living spaces, both inside and out. You can literally pour yourself a cup of coffee and be on the beach in 20 seconds. And the location of the house is very central to so many sights. We did day trips somewhere new every day and ate dinner in Le Diamant 3 nights. The house is also walking distance to several restaurants, a grocery store, and most importantly, a bakery!! Our ten year old went on walks to the local bakery every morning to purchase fresh baguettes for the family. And all of these spots are walkable via the beach :) La Voile Blanche was our favorite spot to eat dinner and it is literally on the beach, 5 minute walk.Please be aware that we did not find a single restaurant that served dinner before 7pm. And for those of you who do not speak French, neither do we, and we got by. There always seemed to be at least one person at each restaurant that spoke enough English to answer questions. Some recommendations for day trips: Habitation Clement - a rum distillery on beautiful grounds. Pick up lunch and bring it with you. There are many places to have a picnic. And many great photo opportunities. Jaim - a motor boat trip that leaves from Le Robert. The 1/2 day trip was narrated by a Slovenian guide, who speaks numerous languages (including English) and is very knowledgable of the area. Very informative boat excursion. Scheherazade - a large boat excursion that leaves from Pointe-du-Bout and tours a couple of spots, along the coast, before arriving to Diamond Rock. While the tour guide on the boat spoke in French while sharing her information, she did make a point to come and repeat the information in English. Make a point to go to Ti Sable, a wonderful restaurant on the beach in Grand Anse D'Arlet. The snorkeling along the right hand side of the coast line is wonderful. Also get to the beach Anse Dufar. We saw three sea turtles in 30 minutes!

Maison conforme en tout point aux photos: vue à 180 degrés sur la mer et le diamant. Piscine toute neuve et extérieur parfaitement aménagé pour vivre constamment dehors, le rêve... Intérieur spacieux ( grande chambre avec clim) et décoré avec goût. Nos deux coups cœurs : la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Sandra, la propriétaire ainsi que le petit escalier pour descendre directement à la plage quasi privée vu le peu de monde même durant les vacances. Pour notre part, c'était vacances en famille mais cela doit être parfait entre amis également car la maison est très grande. Bref, nous vous recommandons chaleureusement cette maison.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à 11 adultes dans cette villa qui, comme le titre l'indique est tout à fait exceptionnelle et unique. Tout d'abord la vue depuis la terrasse sur le rocher du Diamant avec la piscine et les palmiers en première ligne est magnifique. Les photos sont très représentatives mais une fois sur place, avec la lumière naturelle, vous êtes un peu comme dans un rêve, tout paraît encore plus beau !! Le principal en Martinique, ce sont les espaces extérieures, et que ce soit la piscine, la plage privée, le coins repas ou le coins canapé, le carbet en contrebas, tout est bien pensé. Sans oublier l'accès à la plage depuis le jardin, quel bonheur de se faire un petit bain dans la mer au réveil !! L'intérieur n'est pas mal non plus avec une déco très soignée, 5 chambres avec des lits très confortables et 3 grandes salles de bains. La cuisine est spacieuse et comprend tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner pour un groupe avec notamment un grand rice cooker... La villa est également très bien équipée avec machine à laver, lave linge, chaine hifi, barbecue ainsi que bons nombres de jeux de sociétés. La description des propriétaires est tout à fait conforme, il n'y a pas de surprise, à part la magie des lieux. Nous les remercions tout particulièrement pour leur accueil et pour les échanges que nous avions pu avoir pendant la préparation de notre séjour ainsi que pour la qualité des prestations qu'ils proposent à travers cette villa d'exception. Maison de rêve où nous ( 6 adultes et 2 enfants) avons passé un séjour idyllique. Tout a concouru a notre bonheur: situation, accueil, disposition des pièces, équipement de la maison, piscine et plage privées, proximité des commerces....bref nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location
